Hello
It will be interesting to know which laptop mode and wireless network card you have. Now I can just recommend to install the latest driver for WLAN card. If you have the Intel card inside it please visit http://support.intel.com/support/wireless/
Good bye

Can you still work when the internet goes down?
Because the internet service in this country is not reliable enough, it will be difficult to get the work done when internet is down? Where I live, high-speed internet is not yet available, so I even will be able to use Photoshop at all? Should I just found another application?
Your desktop creative cloud (like Photoshop and Illustrator) applications are installed directly on your computer, so you won't need a continuous Internet connection to use on a daily basis.
You may to be online when you install your licensed software. If you have an annual membership, you will be asked to connect to the web to validate your software licenses every 30 days.

Pavilion 15 - ab219tx: Internet slows down after connecting the mobile to WiFi.
Previously, I had a problem where internet connection slowed down painfully when cell phone charges. I tried to reset the power settings. Now I can connect to the laptop... However, now the problem is that if connect you to WiFi via the laptop, regardless of if its loading or not, the internet becomes ridiculously slow. And if the wifi is turned off, it returns to normal. Help, please.
. Hi @ARD09,
Thanks for your reply. I review the post. I understand that drivers are a bit old. I first want to eliminate hardware issues with the computer's wireless card by performing all the steps which are associated software.
I understand perfectly that WiFi and wired Ethernet connection both seem to be slow.
A few steps to try:
- Disable all firewalls and antivirus, including ten windows programs have antivirus programs and firewalls.
- Try mode safe mode with networking to check if the Internet connection is fast. Try the wired and wireless options.
- Link to the safe mode with networking is given in my previous post. Please try this.
- Uninstall the existing network adapters and update the bios chipset network adapters and (wired and wireless) from this link: http://hp.com/drivers
- Please try to change the channel of the router with another value. Try different channels work. that could help for the wifi only.
- Try to perform a clean boot in windows 10 using this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/kb/929135
- Try this link setting network connections in windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/10741/windows-10-fix-network-connection-issues#network-problems=windows-8 & v1h = win8tab1 & v2h = win7tab1 & v3h = winvistatab1 & v4h = winxptab1
- Then create a new user profile and try to connect wifi french and using a wired connection.
- Then as a last resort try to restore system to factory setting and check if that helps after you back up all your files.
I hope this helps. I would like to know how this happens. I hope the problem is solved without hassle and the unit works very well. I'm always here for you help. Please reach out at any time.
Just to say thank youPlease click the ' Thumbs Up ' button to give a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help me. If it helps, Please mark this "accepted Solution" because it will help many other people with the same problem to get it resolved without hassle.
Now carefully and have a wonderful week ahead.

Internet goes when you are connected to wifi
Bought an iMac on eBay this week, works fine apart from a problem I encounter with internet stall, which really starts to get boring!
It's an iMac, mid-2011, with OS X el Capitan 10.11.3 installed and put to update to the most recent update.
The question...
When you are connected to our home network (Sky Broadband) I get internet access for 5 minutes for an hour then stop him internet but the wifi is connected. At this point if I check all other computers/phones/tablets on the network that they are all still connected to the internet with absolutely no problem.
The temporary solution...
If I disable the wifi on my iMac and then back on again once it reconnects immediately and internet works fine still a time - until it stops!
What I tried...
Restart the mac repeatedly
Restarted the router again
In network settings, advanced on the mac, I renewed the DHCP lease (loads of times - note it always seems to come back with exactly the same ip address - I guess it's good?), updated the DNS (last post I read said to use 2.4.4.2 so am currently on that), tried to manually set the MTU to 1453, I deleted all the other networks stored outside my home network Too much.
Does anyone have any suggestions please for all messages that have worked for them, or things that I could try?
Thanks a lot for your help
Joe
Did you erase the internal drive and install OS X yourself? Did you run the hardware test? If this isn't the case, please do both.

Connection wifi MacBook largue network from the internet
My home network goes down internet connection when I connect to my router wireless with my mac pro book. There are 5 other devices connected in wifi and the system is stable for days if my macbook is not connected. Other devices include iphone, android phone, kindle, another a little newer macbook pro. If I connect to the router by ethernet cable, the system is completely stable. As soon as I start my wifi device on my mac pro book and log on to the network, the drops of internet connection to all devices on the network and I have to power cycle the router. The router is relatively new (less than a year). It's a TRENDnet TEW 812DRU. This problem moved not initially. My laptop works fine on all other wifi networks, that I connect.
Don't forget to set the "link-local only" or off IPv6.

I recently updated my iPhone 5 iOS to 9.2.1 and confronted to this wifi problem.
To ANY wifi network, even after having connected and authenticated successfully, I get no internet access. Open a browser, I see an error "unable to connect to the Internet.
I tried 3 different wifi connections and I face the same problem. (Haven't checked the internet works on the Wifi for other devices, including my laptop)
I tried to forget the network and return home, reboot the iPhone several times. Do not reset the network settings and lose some 25 + WiFi password that I saved on my device.
Note: the wifi never worked for me after this Upgrade.
Try going to settings-> General-> Reset-> reset the network settings.
It's the only way you will fix the problem probably. -
Hi I have a problem connecting to the internet. When I click on the internet it goes straight to windows media player.
HI Maria,
If you are using Vista, go to http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and scroll down to EXE and click or double-click it to run the program to restore EXE file associations. Once done, do the same for LNK entry. This should restore your programs and get the Internet icon to go to the internet rather than WMP. If you use Windows 7, go to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/19449-default-file-type-associations-restore.html. If you are using XP, go to http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm.
If this does not work and it started recently, try a system restore to a restore point BEFORE the problem started. If you use Windows 7, see:http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html. If you are using Vista, see:http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/. If you are using XP, see:http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial56.html. If the first attempt fails, try an earlier point or two because the problem may have started before you noticed.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

The wifi dongle works ok (tested on vista) the router isworking well on my vista machine (find 7 networks) parameters must be wrong or the new installation was not so good Mmm tried to reinstall 4 times with the same result.

Windows 7 Home Premium Wifi grey symbol with a star yellow but fully connected to the internet.
Have been able to fix it by uninstalling the driver wireless and re - install, but when the system is restarted it then returns to the same problem. Tried to remove the data of the registry key 'TrayNotify' windows and stopping the same tried to remove "explorer.exe" and replace "explorer.exe".. even goes back to the same problem.
It is likely that your computer sees and is seen by your router. Gold Star means that it is connected, but the router will not assign an IP address to access the Internet.
This is usually caused by a code password incorrectly stored (on your computer).
Click on this icon. Find your network. Remove it from the list. Now, after a small wait, click this icon again. It should detect your network and ask for the password. If you have entered the right code, it should connect you.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, then it is likely that you would have a problem with your router - it might be inside a separate device or your modem.
A restart of the modem and router can help. Pull the plug on the modem and the router. Wait 30 seconds. Put the plug in the modem only. Wait 30 seconds. Put the plug in the router. Wait 2 minutes. If she can still connect, try re-booting the computer.

Hi all
I had problems with my Toshiba Satellite A665 to internet connection. Lately when I try to connect to the internet, for the first minute or so it says 'No internet connection' (or something similar). Basically, he has the yellow warning triangle. Sometimes I can open the browser and search normally, but other times - and this happens more often it won't let me use my browser. When I have not fix the problem, he said that the DNS server is not responding. The problem is this same error happens all. unique. time. and the other computers in the House connect to the internet just fine. I called TWC and what I get on their part, it is "there no reported outages in your area. Useful, right? Tends to be gnawed by the use of Netflix and Hulu Plus, but this has never kept internet bandwidth to work in the past. What is going on? I'm so tired of having to go all the way down the stairs to reset the router every hour (on a good day) to get the computer to connect to the internet.I contacted Toshiba and they say that all the drivers on your computer are up to date and nothing is broken. I have also not downloaded or installed anything on my computer. If the reset of the router fixes the problem you should probably watch that as the culprit. Check the software/firmware for the router and see if you can borrow to someone router to test.
I hope this helps.

PHOTOS, Version 1.3 often gives me an error message "you are not connected to the internet" when I am clearly, via wifi. This happens when I try to print a photo or to place pictures in a book. (It also happens when I ask to export a photo on the desk, but then it is exported, despite the error message.) In the preferences of pictures, I chose "download the originals of this Mac", but the problem seems to be when the photo of the cloud recovery. My operating system is up-to-date: 10.11.3. My desktop Mac is mid-2010. I take quite a few photos, and maybe download them to the cloud and then download them to my computer takes a long time. That's the only explanation I can find.
You have activated the iCloud photo library and selected the option to optimize the photos in your local library?
If Yes, then the Photos is a download full version size for use in the book, print, or share via email, etc.
