Construction of a system of Vista under creative cloud
I am rebuilding a laptop (the hard disc can rest in peace) by using the original Vista operating system. I * HAD * Adobe Acrobat X Pro loaded on the system of origin under my subscription. Of course, Acrobat XI refuses to load.
I just got off of chat with Adobe. They say "upgrade your operating system to Windows 7, you cannot get a copy of Acrobat X under your subscription Creative Cloud teacher and the student.
Can someone give me a set of instructions to load Acrobat X Pro on the laptop rebuilt under my creative cloud subscription?

Final reply from the support phone Adobe. Acrobat X is no longer available under CC.
I can recommend is more CC Adobe product subscription to my company. We are unable to put them in a position where a seller determines our operating system upgrade schedule.
While we may have to devote dedicated to Adobe CC subscription products and machines exempt the OS upgrade cycle company, we cannot accept that for more widely used products like Acrobat. They must remain under the traditional VLP.

You can use creative Cloud on the two platform (Mac/Windows), it can be used on cross-platform.
He just your system should meet its requirement.

Still not available under Creative Cloud Desktop App

I just purchased Premiere Pro CC 2014 as a single application
and I'm trying to find out how to get the option to view the Premiere Pro CS6 so I can install to get installed yet.
I have followed the docs online on how to do, but can't see an option under Apps to view previous versions, I just find new applications tab on the left and right all the Apps on the right, when I drop down all it gives me is an option to display the list of Apps like filter > applications Audio/Video, etc.
In the show The installed at the top that I just listed
First Pro CC
Adobe Media Encoder
classified both as everything up to date.
I started with a trial of 2 above Apps, but have now just bought a license for single PP monthly App, I tried also incidentally loging in and out of the creative clouds, but always the same resutls.
I wonder if the CC desktop application has changed since the tutorial yet?

When I drop down all it gives me is an option to display the list of Apps like filter > all Apps, Audio/Video, etc.
Down by the ETC and you will find the previous Version.

Can I run CS6 under creative cloud with CS6 installed perpetual?

But I have a registered copy of perpetual CS6 already installed.
What is the recommended method to try creative cloud in this case?

Thank you!Do you use a suite? If so you can choose one of the applications and select help > deactivate to remove activation and license information. You can then restart the applications and choose license of this product. You then enter your Adobe ID related to your Creative cloud product and it is advisable to use then your CC license.
Your original message says that your use of the CS6 was sensative time and mission critical. So there are no problems with the solution should I do not advise this until you have enough time in case something is not bad.

Cannot install Adobe Acrobat Photoshop under creative cloud
Message reads "among application components are missing from the application directory. Please reinstall the application. "Obviously does not work to reinstall. I have CS4 installed, but do not want to uninstall.

Still not activate under creative cloud
I installed creative trial Cloud (Mac Mountain Lion) and after 30 days of paid subscription upgrade. First works very well and I have a project. Now I have urgent need to burn to DVD, but still keeps asking for a serial No. Of course, there is no one; and yet is not available as a standalone download of CC. If still is included in the CC and Adobe does not massively clear, but it is without a doubt, there is even some confusion about knowledge.
Many people report this problem but it doesn't seem to be a standard solution. Adobe themselves have not posted a useful answer I can find. Adobe need to address this issue, we are all paying for the program and should get appropriate help when it does not work. We would not have to hunt around on the internet for answers random other users when we pay handsomely for a professional product.
Haven't tried anything this either yet - I think Adobe should contact me and tell me what to do, or sort their end.
But it seems uninstall first & still (do not know how to do this) then re-download of CC would work - someone at - it any success with it? Adobe?
Please go before uninstalling, make sure that you select Delete prefrences option during the uninstallation of the Premier Pro and Encore.after uninstall reinstall Premier Pro family using Adobe Application manager is expected to be activated.

I am trying to build a PC for my fiance will be used for graphic design work. Since this is the first time I tried to build a system and I would like some opinions on the pieces I chose.

I tried several times to download creative cloud. The first time, it worked fine and I restarted my computer... it was gone. Now when I try to download it again, the progress bar goes almost to the end, but it just stays there and is not actually complete the download.

Hi, I'm under creative cloud on an iMac 2009 end 27 ", latest version of Mac OS X installed Yosemite.
All applications I use (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), I had installed via installer creative cloud, but for some reason any they appear is no longer in the Panel as installed (Acrobat DC always there)
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign all work always perfectly, but I'm unable to update (obviously)
Reset, did not work, reinstalled creative cloud (and no individual apps) did not work, and when I click on install it started redownloading again (which I really don't want to have to do)
Any tips or suggestions?
In the Cloud creative application, change the Setup for different English language.
For Ex: English (North America) in English (International)
Then check with the applications tab.
If it still says: install change again instead of updated parameters.
Note: Let me know if you recently made to the Adobe directory under application Support / Adobe.
