Contacts, not able to connect to Office 365

Hi all

Suddenly, I have a problem connecting OSX Contacts to Office 365/Exchange contacts. They certainly were able to load at some point, but recently started error (not sure if it was after an OSX update or a 365 tenant who is behind the scenes).

After an initial connection attempt,-error comes in contact with a "!" and the error message "the operation could not be completed. (SOAPWebServicesErrorDomain error-997). "I ran this test on several customer El Capitan (all v.10.11.3), local accounts OSX different profile 'clean', using several 365 accounts in our environment, all the errors the same way. Interestingly, when I run a powershell command to purge all contacts from all mailboxes on the Exchange, contacts OSX will connect then, but once a contact is added (via either OWA or Outlook contacts OSX) the "!" will appear again with the same error message above. I tried this solution that has worked for many encounter the same problem, but without success for us. Here is the output of the system of the connection attempt/failure log. I also had the same problem, with also try this solution as well.

With the help of Office 365 with the latest version of 15 Outlook for mac.  This also happens on multiple machines, so I don't think it's a communication with Contacts on OSX 10.11.3 and Office 365.

    From your description, it seems that you are not able to connect to the user account when you try to connect you get following error. The user profile Service has no logon

    This behavior can occur if the user profile was deleted manually using the command prompt or by using Windows Explorer. A profile that is manually deleted does not remove the security identifier (SID) of the list of profiles in the registry.

    If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile using the profile Image path that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded.

    To resolve the problem with the user account, you can follow these steps:
    Method 1:
    (a) click Start, type regedit in the start search box, and then press ENTER.
    (b) search for, and then expand the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

    (c) right click the SID that you want to remove, and then click on remove.
    (d) log on to the computer and create a new profile.

    To enable Web Services fumctionality, you'll need to install the latest firmware on your printer (version 20160525)

    You can locate the current version of your printer by selecting configuration > reports > Page of Configuration, the firmware version is listed under the information section on the printer.

    Updated the firmware on Linux by following these steps, but I don't know if the latest firmware is available for Linux or not, try:

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    Please remove the Dial-up connections all created and after that, remove the modem from Device Manager. Restart the device and initially ensure that the modem is properly configured (query modem Agic under Diagnostics). I put t know which Tecra you have, but many of them have preinstalled TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Tool. With this tool, you can see all the equipment including modem.

    After having it set up new Dial-up connection and check the functionality. Be sure to wait for the tone option is disabled.
