  Try to update the DPS Office Tools. If this does not work, try uninstalling/reinstalling InDesign. Otherwise, ignore the desktop preview tool and simply use a preview device.

  Never mind doing a complete reset of all my settings started working now.

  Resolution that worked for me:

  Settings-> General-> reset-> reset all settings

  It takes a few minutes to recharge but after which everything seems to work very well.

• Cover previews and missing titles in the content viewer Adobe Android

  We test a folio using the new adobe content viewer for Android. All previews cover are empty in our library, and there is no title. All you can see are the blue snipes with the lightning on each. Since we have 10 + folios in this id, he makes extremely difficutlt to test. Anyone else encounter this problem and know a fix?

  We took a glance to this today. There is no image portrait cover associated with any one of the folios in the account. If there is no portrait cover provided that we can not show you add portrait covers, and then they'll show.

  The same goes for the missing titles. The Android Viewer shows the Folio number under the cover, and that is empty on your slips.

  You must visit digitalpublishing.acrobat.com and log in there. Agree to the terms, and then try again on the iPad.

• Folio not appearing is not in the content viewer

  I have a folio that I worked on what was initially appear in the content viewer, but was not updated when I added items. So I have archived the folio in the content viewer and the folio was no longer available for download. The folio appears in the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard, so I don't know why it is not displayed in the content viewer. I use the latest version of Folio Builder and Content Viewer. Any ideas what could happen?

  I thought about it, I inadvertently two articles (in fact ads) which had the same name. Once I renamed the article in Folio Builder, he appeared in the content viewer. Thanks for your help, Bob.

  I can't preview a folio on my iPad HD Retina because the most recent version of Adobe® Content Viewer installed on supports not the version of reader Viewer 30. Do you know when the next revision of the cab is scheduled?

  It's been submitted to Apple. The last few editions have been approved

  fairly quickly. You have two choices. Wait or recreate the folio as v29. If

  you have a pro or business account that you can create your own ACV.

• Overview of the iPad - content viewer application

  I have a Folio which I am able to listen to excerpts on my PC Content Viewer software, but doesn't seem not not to date on my iPad Content Viewer application.

  I'm under producer Folio on CS5.5 12.2.4.

  I updated the app to version more up-to-date on the App Store. I also tried uninstall and then reinstall the application from scratch. It still doesn't load on my iPad!

  Are there common reasons for what I study? I have a field to deliver using the application at the end of the week - which if successful, could mean investing later in the RFP to a greater extent as we are now--but not if I can't listen to samples of the fruits of my tests!

  All advice appreciated!

  Remove the folio completely and recreate it.

• View .folio via Content Viewer?

  Hi all

  I'm really desperate to help here, and I'm sorry if my question is stupid. I spent three days of searching for an answer and just can't find a definitive answer anywhere.

  I am a CC subscriber, have access to simple publishing through Indesign CC DPS functions.

  I want to produce an interactive book/magazine /' publication back in Indesign, through DPS. This publication is not for submission to Apple or anywhere else. I just want to distribute the publication over to the students in my Academy for them to display via Adobe Content Viewer, on their desktop computers and mobile devices.

  IM so confused on this issue. So they can see the post through the content viewer, would I somehow leave them the final .folio file? It would be visible on another machine via CVS?

  If not, is there another way I can produce and distribute an interactive (with video) indesign document.

  Seriously, any help that anyone can give will be most appreciated and can preserve just what little sanity I have left.

  The beneficiaries will have to checked and free Adobe ID. You would then share the folio by selecting in the folio builder Panel and choosing to share via the Panel menu.

  Depending on how many students it is it can get a bit heavy.

• Adobe Content Viewer - potential major bug

  I see the new Adobe Content Viewer was just approved by Apple and updated the app on my iPad 3. When I open the app and downloaded a folio (folio made using r23), none of my vector of the OSM has shown as vector, they are all still raster. I repeated the process on another iPad 3 and had the same results. It seems that the Content Viewer r24 will appear not vector of the OSM. Anyone else having the same problem?

  Thank you all. This was reported yesterday as well and we have a bug noted to follow. What you see, it's the thumbnail image that is used as a placeholder until the contents of the vector is loaded. Looks like for some reason any on iOS5 vector is not loading in the situations you describe. Let's dig into it.

  I just made a new folio. I can see it in Folio Producer, but not in the content viewer, but I see all of my previous folios in both. Any ideas anyone?

  Yes... You must ensure that if you select dual orientation that all articles have both the layout. A way easy around from what I've seen people do is to do a page and write "Please turn the Ipad to display content" so that each section has both landscape and portrate files and those that have displays that only one orientation has the other provision calling activate the Ipad when you look in the other direction.

• Update Content Viewer for Blackberry Playbook

  When will it be available for Blackberry Playbook Content Viewer 2.2.0.  We built a folio of test, but when trying on a Playbook we receive an error message asking "Please update your application.  The version on the Playbook is 2.1.1.  We note that, on our IPad version is now 2.2.0

  Unfortunately, the tools v17 introduced changes that cause erratic behavior, with videos on the PlayBook. A viewer of updated content will not be displayed until these issues are addressed. • Signature problems iOS Content Viewer

  Hello

  I use a 5th generation iPod Touch to test a portfolio. It seems to me to sign, but it did cool off and start downloading my files via wifi, when I connect. Preferences shows all the options either and it seems do not keep me connected. I left annoyed review on iTunes which I really hope to change soon! I can upload images if necessary!

  What happens, it works on my Android phone, why not not my iPod Touch?

  What is the size of the portfolio? IPhone downloads only folios with a 3:2, such as 480 x 320 aspect ratio. It does not appear any iPad folios. Try to create a simple portfolio in 480 x 320 using the same Adobe ID you used to connect to the viewer and see if it works.
