  Problem solved with the help of the Adobe Support (Mercer).  My problem had been seen in another machine, there are empty folders in the folder fonts (hard > library > fonts) that the installer could not reconcile or remove, hanging near the top of the installer.

  My challenge has been to delete the following empty folders in the folder of fonts:

  AdobeMingStd - Light .otf

  BickhamScriptPro-Regular

  KozMinPro-Regular

  MyriadPro - BoldCond.otf

  TektonPro - BoldCond.otf

  And then rerun the installation program (remember to empty the trash).

  My advice would be to first read the Setup log and search for the names of the fonts files that could not be resolved, then dump those.  Another way would be to export all empty folders in the folder fonts, empty the trash, and then re-Sun of the installer.

  Hi Bolivar,

  With regard to the transmission continues in a loop, I think it could help you to make a small piece of transmission over until you actually begin the continuous transmission immediately in a loop. The reasoning being that small initial transmission could help boot to the top of the Tx buffer and prevent cost overruns due the USRP device waiting for data and do not get it.

  If you are looking to make a continuous transmission, the continuous EX Tx example Async.vi niUSRP is a good starting point.  This setting adjustable gain from 0 (no gain) 31.5 DB in 0.5 dB steps.

  You mentioned that you issue to one USRP to another.  Be careful when you do this because it is easy to damage the RF front-end by the introduction of too much power.  I would recommend the TX gain setting 0 and adjust the RX gain to avoid damage to your equipment.

• Updates configuration error

  Installed upgrading Windows 7 from Vista and things cost very well the first day. The second day when I had enough, there were 20 updates important and 4 not if important, so I let it update and went. I forgot and came back the next day and the screensaver didn't work so I moved the mouse and set up the office and Windows Explorer was in a State of continuous failure / restart. I reboot and it tries to configure all of the updates and starts then a loop continues to failure to configure, and then restart. Pop in my installation disk and I use system restore to revert to the State I was in before the 24 updates.   I have a fairly old, but very stable PC under XP (media center edition) allows has never had a problem before with the updates of Windows (operating system and MS products), but this morning I threw the 'Security Update for Windows XP (KB2686509)' update and it failed. I tried a few times, then I loaded and run the "Fix it" utility of MS, and the update always fails. Finally, I rebooted the PC because sometimes that clears things up upwards, but continues still, failure.

  I can probably live without an update, at least, before I pay $99 to MS to try to solve this problem, so my plan is to look a little more updates to see if this is a general problem... (it probably is, I'm afraid). Even in this case, I can just give updates, save the $ to a new computer (and a more recent OS which has free MS support)!

  I have a few questions:

  1. Of course, if anyone knows a remedy to this failure of the update, I'd like to hear it! (I'm not willing to rebuild my machine... it has a lot of data and a certain applicatioins, and if I'm going to go to all this trouble, I'll just buy a new machine first!)
  2. I would like to know what the security problem that I can't cover without this facility and how serioius as this is.
  3. Alas, I suspect a Norton update since my last previous MS, successfully update. Yet, I think he should run the suite Norton protection. Is there a recommendation for a suite of alternative PC protection that causes less devastation?

  There seems to be a problem with Oracle 11 g R2 universal install (YES) detect the configuration of the server that requires administrative action, C$ to create.

  Start to--> settings--> panel-->--> computer management administration tools

  Expand 'Shared folders' then right click on "Actions" and select "new file sharing."

  Define share C$ as follows

  Folder to share: C:\

  Share name: C$

  Once this is done YES detects the configuration of controls of pre-installation without any problem (at least in Windows XP Pro SP3)

  Once installed, you can delete the C share $
