Copies way too slow
I wanted a 4500 and the scanner is released. I bought a 4520 desire and this machine copy extremely SLOW. 6 minutes to copy a black and white line drawing. Why? Probably HP do things wrong.

Have you tried to reduce the resolution of the copies in the copy settings. More you have the planned resolution will have the original and print the copy. For black and white usually 150 or 300 dpi is fine.

To work around "printing in rescue mode" ensure that all cartridges are installed and no are exhausted.
With respect to the drying of the page, change the print settings might help; Definitions of setting for the printer driver.

MouseOver and mouseout/mouseouthandler() way too slow. Incredibly slow.
Mouse above and outside (especially out) is much too slow. Incredibly slow. Mouse on sometimes just not all. I tried to play with the frequency: 1, 5, 6, 10... but no change was visible.

Backup of Windows 7 - way too slow
Just got a new Dell XPS PC with processor i7 from Intel and Windows 7.
Tried to run a backup using Windows 7.

I have about 400 GB of data on my PC.
I used to run backups on the old PC using backup in Vista and Seagate software provided with onw of my backup drives. Full backup took 5-6 hours maximum. I usually keep 3 backups. Acronis on Vista also took a few hours and additional back were very fast.
With Windows 7 after 18 hours, the backup is only 32% of fact.
I pulled the plug.
It will take almost a week to run backups 3 at this rate.
Hard to believe it's also a great step backward compared to Vista.Someone at - he finds a way to get Windows 7 backup to run at an acceptable speed?
I tried many things even microsoft recommended settings. found this awesome... its bloody work, thanks for the super brain who worked on it go to 1. Panel 2. System and Maintenance 3. Administrative Tools 4. Run shortcut once services program services expenses find called stop and service background intelligent transfer services a right click on the same service and click Properties and then change the value of start to manual or disabled, this should also fix the network problem and USB copy and paste the problem. Incredible problem solved

I'm afraid there is no way to update your device.
You can look into doing a restore, which would be to reinstall the operating system, but I doubt it will do too. As the owner of an ipad 2, the only way to get a lot faster is simply to replace it. The 2 is about 5 years old, so positively ancient in technology standards.

MS Office 2007 too slow and cannot be uninstalled

I want to uninstall my MS Office 2007 trial version that came with my new laptop (Vista OS) and install my version of Word 2000 instead. After 4 weeks of trying to use I would say that it is simply too slow, also in conjunction with other software I work with. Apart from that I have not the time and courage to familiarize myself with the completely new design.
Unfortunately, it can be installed in the usual way. Can someone help, please?

Flash too slow loading Web page + Flash can not be seen by some...

If I check the site you have linked, even if it does not immediately come upwards, it takes a few seconds for the Flash to load using a cable connection, and it seems to be due to the image that has the file in it. If you can optimize this image before importing it into the Flash file, then you could see much better load times. To optimize the image you want to first adjust its dimensions to what is actually in the Flash file, then run it through an optimization of processer (Photoshop may help here) such that you reduce the size of file and then import it into Flash.

Size of object = 15000 bytes. Size max = 30000 bytes
Problem: executeUpdate takes about 0.33 sec. However, getTemporaryClob is very slow, arnd - 1.33 sec
In getTemporaryClob()->
CLOB.createTemporary-> 0.2 s
CLOB.getCharacterOutputStream-> 0.2 s
Writer.Close-> 0.8 s
Alternative:
XMLType.createXML (conn, InputStream) is far too slow.
My approach:
SQL = Insert into mytable Values (XMLType (?))
CLOB c = getTemporaryClob()
preparedStatement.setObject (1, c);
preparedStatement.executeUpdate ();
1. is there another solution? (for example: could I send the bytes directly rather than create a CLOB)
2. in the creation of CLOB, for each object I create temporary Clob, getStream & Flush writer, writer close CLOB, before I run the query. Is there a way to create TempClob only once and insert the number of records with the same temporary clob (I should require only Writer.write (String))?

It look like your computer is slow is because 98% of your PC is used for Hearthstone witch led to a driver failure, and your RAM has a lot to deal with. I would recommend strength leave Hearthstone when they surf the web, etc... Hope this helps, good luck to you.

29,0 was too slow and too jerky. I returned to 28.0 and it was fine until 29 reinstalled on its own. I checked about: config and everything everywhere was assigned to prevent back but he did anyway.
