  Hi, I just took one of these all in printers for my office on site, so I wanted something that does everything in one package.  For the price with discounts and rebates, I couldn't let this go.  While I was in the store, the printer he had the same problem as described, but I thought he was just manipulated man so I went and picked up one.  After setting up this morning and going through the features, I continued to get this message when I tried to scan, copy or fax:

  The computer was working normally. I connected a HDMI cable to use a larger external monitor (hp w2207h). I did several times without problem.
