copy does not not in mode normal c309a

have c309a photosmart premium. Suddenly won't print anything when I copy in "normal" mode. paper runs through printing process, nothing on the paper. placing my hand on the glass, copy of start and it prints my hand in the normal mode, but does not print the other printed in normal mode.

prints the pages when I switch to 'best' mode and printing to go for. Why does it print other printed pages in "normal" mode?

May be that the black ink is out? Try the "report of ink level" or view the ink on the screen. If the black is out, replace the black cartridge.
You probably still have color inks, which is why a copy of the works of the hand.
In best mode copy, when black is out, it's probably the mixture of color inks to get harsh colors, so it's still working.
In normal mode, only black ink is used for printing black text, if the black ink is out or do not print, you would get this behavior.
However, if the ink level is ok, then it must be the print head is clogged or does not, you can try the print head 'clean' in the Tools menu, if the problem persists, the needs of the printhead replaced.

I already bought the movie HD, 'V for Vendetta', before it came with "iTunes Extras" but my purchased copy does not come with the Extras. Is there a way to fix this without having to buy the movie again?

I was told that movies in the iTunes Store can be changed to include "iTunes Extras" if originally it did not come with extras. But there is a catch you get just the extras if you buy just the issue for the first time. If you have already purchased it, your version may not have the extras. This means that if you want the extras, buy the movie again.

If you now get the Extras will depend on what the movie studio did for example if they have updated the version you have purchased, or replaced by a new version (which will be treated as a separate purchase): buy and play movies with iTunes Extras - Apple Support

Hi, I just took one of these all in printers for my office on site, so I wanted something that does everything in one package.  For the price with discounts and rebates, I couldn't let this go.  While I was in the store, the printer he had the same problem as described, but I thought he was just manipulated man so I went and picked up one.  After setting up this morning and going through the features, I continued to get this message when I tried to scan, copy or fax:

    "Original Jam".

"Reload the document, and then restarting the work.

It seems that the printer does not know when to stop once the feeder is empty and has no more paper to deal with.  After playing with the printer to search for clues, I opened the top paper feeder and glanced at the mechanism that pulls the paper in.  On the cover there is a picture that shows how to get out of gear.  I managed to pop the mechanism as shown outside.  When I went to reinsert the gears, it does seem easy, but after some tests of attention, the seat of gears in which they must be.  You will notice that the left rear of the printer, denoting the set of gears, there is a latch-hook with equipment which still supported upward.  I have to be down, but mechanically, it is designed to be in the air in the non-operational position.

After I reinstalled the paper training gear set, I double-checked all the features of the printer and it seemed to work fine.

Suggest users try to remove and reinstall the mechanism to see if this corrects the problem.  Don't forget, the latch with a gear on the top left rear of all remains sustained upward, so it's normal.

I hope this helps!  God knows that HP will not help you when you need it.

    Restore point:

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  • HP pavilion Dv6 laptop: does not start in normal mode, safe mode

    Hi all

I have HP Pavilion DV6 laptop with windows 7 Home premium 64-bit OS. It was working fine up until two or three days.

After that some software upgrades, it has stopped booting.   When I tried to start it in safe mode, it stops at disk.sys.

I don't have win 7 OS CD or recovery CD.  So I downloaded the trail version of windows 7 SP1, I want to install this, but he is suspended the windows logo.  I Googled it has bitten, I loaded a linux kernel and access the hard disk.  I backed up all the files required by using this boot of linux.

I don't know what to do now?  What is the problem with my system. When I ran the drive diagnostic. It was a failure. That means that I can't use this HARD drive?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Concerning

    Stéphane

    Hi stephane,

Well the error code certainly would indicate that the player began to fail, but just in case, you might try to wipe the entire hard drive first and then reinstalling the operating system as described below.

Download and install Killdisk on the link below - (this application will write zeros to the entire disk).

    http://Software.LSoft.net/KillDiskSuiteFree-Setup.exe

Download and install ImgBurn on the link below.

    http://download.CNET.com/ImgBurn/3000-2646_4-10847481.html

Access the application of disc kill you have installed in all programs, open the main folder, then select Bootable Disk creators, then the BACK Bootable CD Creator that will burn the ISO on a blank CD bootable.

During the following process do not worry about all warnings as your Windows 7 installation disk will reformat the HARD drive.

Insert this CD into your PC which is unable to load the operating system properly. Close Notepad, and then start again to boot from the CD of Killdisk and follow the instructions on the screen to kill disk.

A brief description of the process here is Killdisk.

Use it to wipe the entire hard drive, Select (80 h) and press f10 (you will also need to type a confirmation and press enter) - ( This will make sure to include all of the partitions , and then start the process - this may take a few hours!).

When the process is complete, remove the CD of Killdisk and try to reinstall Windows 7.

If it still does not work, I think your only option is to replace the HARD drive.

    Kind regards

  • computer does not start in normal mode

HP Pavilion dv9000, 32-bit, Windows Vista Home Premium, service pack 2

The computer was working normally. I connected a HDMI cable to use a larger external monitor (hp w2207h). I did several times without problem. I plugged in the cable, then turned on the external monitor. The screen of the laptop goes immediately black that I turned on the external monitor (not like a normal screen transfer). The external screen has no image. The f4 button did nothing. I turned off the external monitor. All disconnected. I couldn't get a picture on the laptop. Finally, I pushed the power button until the computer turns off. I restarted the computer with no attachments. Power goes to the screen on a black screen. The 'hp invent' logo appears then. Then Microsoft name with the long box with green lines running from left to right. So far, so good, everything seems normal. Then, after a minute or two lines green running, the computer stops and the screen goes black, just at the time must appear the opening of session and password screen. The hard drive light also stops flickering, and all what happens is the fan works and there is a black screen. The computer froze. I let the computer frozen for an hour. Nothing happened. I am able to restart computer in SafeMode (f8), but the screen is filled with columns of red dashes. The computer will not update in safe mode. In addition, a new message is displayed. While running in safe mode, instead of my normal screensaver appearing, a message appears that says "the screen saver can't run because it requires a more recent or compatible with Direct3D video card." I don't know even what is Direct3D. I am grateful for the suggestions or pointers to internal diagnostic programs or free online diagnostic tools links. I also never set up system restore.

    Hi HK-Sheko,

Looks like your video drivers must be updated for Vista.  You can go to the HP Web site:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?LC=en&DLC=en&cc=us&OS=228&product=1842189

Or go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your video card for the latest Vista drivers.

    I hope this helps!

The "subject: addons ' page does not load, more precisely the load layout however it is stuck at"Loading [wheel]. Other pages such as 'The appearance' and 'Plugins' will load, only the "Get Add-ons" tab will not. If I click on "Check for Updates" (located in the top menu to right [GoC]) it returns instantly without updates.

Similarly, troubleshooting plugin installed but did nothing; I used the method of manual copying of text, but it seems to not provide any usable information.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

Delete the files (extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created if necessary.

    See "extension corrupted files:

If you see disabled extensions or is not compatible in ' Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions ' and then click the Tools button at the left end of the search bar to check if there is an update available compatibility.

If this did not help, then also delete the files addons.json and addons.sqlite possible.

Alternatively, you can check for problems with preferences.

  • Windows XP restarts all the time; does not start mode safe mode and last known Configuration does not work either

Hello! Recently, I installed Wubiand appreciates well. However, a few days ago, when I tried to boot XP on my netbook (EEE PC 1005hab), it restarts just constantly return to the selection screen of the BONES. I tried Safe Mode and last good Configuration known with anything will do. What should I do now? Ubuntu has not stopped working suddenly, so I can't access my data.

I don't have to have a Windows XP CD, there is something weird Asus recovery instead. In addition, it is a netbook so I don't have an optical drive to run the recovery CD. I'm doing a Livecd of Linux USB so I can back up my data... but I can do but reinstall at this point?

    Thank you.

The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD drive (even an external).

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

If there is a problem starting, XP is configured to automatically try to start again and you can stuck in a loop not being able to go beyond the screen boot options, or none of these startup options you choose will work only.

Sometimes, when XP has a problem starting or falls down and tries to start again, it will give you a "short" menu of boot options and none of them will appear to be good to get your system going again.  You have tried them all!

The options are similar to the Advanced Boot Options menu XP, but the only option that you need (disable automatic error system reboot) are not offered, because XP went too far during the boot process and offers a limited number of boot options.

If this is the case, you must call Options menu advanced boot yourself until you do not see the option:

Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

When you get the XP Advanced Options correct start menu, it has options on it like these:

    Safe mode
    Safe mode with networking
    Safe mode with command prompt

    Enable Boot logging
    Enable VGA mode
Last good Configuration known (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
    Debug mode
Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

    Start Windows normally
    Reset
    Return to OS Choices Menu

You need to choose in this menu is the option:

Disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

Then if XP does not start normally, you will see an error screen with information and clues about the problem and then you can decide what to do next.

If you do not see the automatic restart on system failure option turn it off, you must reset your system and start typing the key F8 on the keyboard until you see her disable automatic restart on system failure option.

If you miss the window of opportunity F8, you must try again and start pressing the F8 key with more urgency (earlier and more frequently) until you see disable automatic restarts on system failure, and then select it.

You must keep trying the F8 menu until you see disable automatic restart on system failure option, and select it.

Answering queries and results report of the disable automatic restart on system failure screen and you can decide what to do next.

Do, or do not. There is no test.
