  I copied the .thunderbird folder to another folder on my computer (Ubuntu on Dell Laptop) for back up, re-open Thunderbird: accounts all parties; asking me to set up an e-mail account. I deleted the duplicate folder, but Auditors have always disappeared when I restart (.thunderbird original file still in the original location).

  I tried to use the profile to find/reactivate Manager profile as suggested on the support page (creating a profile with my name instead of the random.default profile) online - but it did not work.

  I'm reasonably computer literate but not a developer/programmer normal language would be appreciated!

  Please, copy the PDF file of the Zip folder and paste it on your desktop.

  Now try to open it with the Acrobat application.

  I'm doing a button that will open a pdf file. I set up my HTMLResources file with the pdf file, created the HTMLResources.zip and when I click the button I get the error message: "The requested URL was not found on this server." (- 1100). Help!

  As Bob drove to, a common error is to the folder that contains the files rather than compress the files in the zip folder. Select PDFs and other files in the folder, compress and import. Then the button to the PDF file should work.

  I use Windows 7 64 bit and want to Zip to a large number of content items in a foder, about 1200 points, amounting to 800MB. I select items, right click, "send to" and select "compressed (zipped) folder."   It's very strange because the process is in fact create the zip folder, sometimes it gets a little path through the process before the error and creates a small (8 MB) zip file, sometimes it get far and creats a big file (250 MB), but it ends.

  I don't know whether you are running in a limitation of the program.

  Find the file "Workflows" in Acrobat under Documents and Settings folder. It is located inside the folder "Collab. If this file is missing, copy the folder "Synchronizer" will not do anything good.
