  In January, I dropped a question about Apex_Listener and mixed content HTTP/HTTPS.

  Because I didn't have a satisfactory answer, I made some test with the last Apex (4.0) & Apex_Listener (build 0.10.110.10.57).
  -Apex_Listener with HTTP: graphics are OK
  -Apex_Listener with HTTPS: graphics are NOK!
  -OHS/mod_plsql with HTTP: graphics are OK
  -OHS/mod_plsql with HTTPS: graphics are OK
  
  As background information, I used the Apex 4.0 'SAMPLES' that was installed "fresh."
  In the chart area the variable #HOST_PROTOCOL # is used and it is not hard-coded.
  Because it works very well with the Oracle HTTP Server I guess there is always a problem with the listener of the Apex.
  Depending on the brand of the browser (Chrome, IE, FF) and internal parameters of the graphic just load HTTPS hangs or complains with "no data found".
  Is this a known bug in Apex_Listener, and is there a work around (not hard coding the macromedia name of course).
  
  If some body wants to test, I have temporary a sandbox with the standard "sample application" available:

  I noticed a minor in Apex 4.0 problem when you open it as a developer in HTTPS.
  After the initial connection, it generates a warning like:

  But I can live with that because he's not complaining to the end-users.

• Please correct the function map for photo albums in Photos

  Dear Apple people - difficulty please please the function map for photos in photo books. I loved the features of cards in iPhoto, so why go to all the trouble of screwing up so royally in Photos v1.5? A few examples at random: instead of being able to type a place name and have the program to find the place for you, must now click on the + sign, then a red dot appears in a place at random (as in the middle of the Tasman Sea), and we can then move the red dot at the location you want (after first checking a different map to determine the correct location of the place you mean - Port Douglas Australia for example). A colossal waste of time. Or how about this: it takes an hour to put the plan in place so, then closes the program. At the next opening it, found the red dots have all migrated to odd locations around the map, bearing no resemblance to where they were placed at the origin. Once again, a huge waste of time. And it's only two of many examples.

  Please, I beg you, bring back the features of cards in iPhoto!

  The problem showed up on a few pages on Lynda.com. IE 11 is not the problem.

  Steps of troubleshooting so far:
  1 Refresh FF. No joy.
  2 disable all add-ons. No joy.
  3. run FF in safe mode. No joy.

  Nevermind, I fixed it. Changed some settings of Java, then changed their return.

• Paragraph exporting styles does not correctly

  It seems that the paragraph on this sample page also has "Boxed text" applied. What is a paragraph style or a character style? If it is a character style, could temporarily remove you it (style of character set to None) and see if that fixes the problem?

  I actually found the solution myself. The site is on Godaddy, but hosted in a subdirectory of a different domain, Flashforcast.com. That's why you got the 404 message. DavidVoxMullen.com was just using a url redirect to point to the correct file - http://www.flashforcast.com/DavidVoxMullen/index.html. If I entered the long url, the page appeared perfectly. However, the redirect has been spoil how it displayed on the screen. I had to put DavidVoxMullen.com as being a "hosted domain" within the field 'parent '. As soon as I did it, boom! It worked perfectly. I guess that simply having the redirect url stopped the javascript to run correctly.

  What you describe, that's what's supposed to happen automatically. (Well, it is supposed to use the identity of the account that you are currently in.)

  There are a lot of Add-ons for this problem to a search for identity in the modules search tool.
