  When I try to print a file find all ok on the mac, it says it's printing, but all arrive on the printer.

  I solved the problem, I don't know why, but the first 2 times I tryied to install the driver through the apple Printer preferences he made me select the driver hp but not specific for the exact model.

For Windows 7, it's should be similar on Vista or XP. 1. on the start menu, select devices and printers. 2. right click on the printer, and then select printer properties. 3. click on tab Ports 4.   Take out the toner cartridges.

  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall
