  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  This is the normal behavior of the Android operating system. Nothing other than the built-in messenger app can use both SIM via the dialog box messages. All other applications will use the default SIM card, which can be selected in the settings (default SIM for other messagining applications). If you want to choose the SIM card for each message sent, you must use the built in application.

  Thanks for your advice, but I tried the antivirus scan and that was not the problem.  But I corrected the situation.  I did go back to Internet Explorer as my default browser for my outlook express.  In this way, I was able to send my emails once more.  But I still couldn't send any of my hotmail.  While out hotmail via Firefox, I deleted Firefox from my computer and now I can send emails from my hotmail as well.  I guess it was something to do with Firefox that was causing the problem.  Thanks for your time and your efforts on my behalf.

  To rule out malicious software, restart your computer and start typing the F8 key.  Select Mode safe mode with networking.  Disable the system restore where the malware is known to hide.  Re-activate when you are finished.

It's the only workstation that will not print a document WP. MS Office 2010 products have no problem with printing on this machine. We have tried several things to solve the problem - reinstall WP, change compatibility mode, modify the user accounts on this computer, test printing documents of WP on other similar work positions (with no problems), etc. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Really, we do not want to rebuild this box.
