Crackle

Hi everyone, I m get a cracking sound after every 2-3 seconds under my laptop, HP 620, with 7 authentic windows... sound under the keyboard, but exact location does not know... what may be the possible cause and its solution? It really irritates during labor

I have the same problem for two days, but I have the G60-244DX.

So after that I figured it out and updated my drivers and it did not work. I restore my system and it works. The problem was Norton that I downloaded a few days ago. Now he is gone and the sound is perfect.

Maybe you should think about what program you have instalte Larson, it could be the problmen and do a system restore.

Hello. I currently have 6 s Iphone and when I connect it to my car via Bluetooth for listening to music, I get a lot of crackling coming through the speakers. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

    Hello there Wire1981,

Thanks a lot to join us in the communities of Apple Support. I love listening to music from my iPhone in the car too and audio crackles would permanently ruin the moment.  I have a few things that we can try to solve the problem.

Firstly, have you tried to connect your iPhone to other Bluetooth devices?  Do you notice crackling in the sound he so?  You have another Bluetooth device, you can try to test with your car to see if the crackling persists?

Let's start with an article that guides you through setting up your iPhone with a Bluetooth device:

Get help to connect a secondary Bluetooth device with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

You can try setting up with Bluetooth headphones or speakers and test to see if you notice audio crackling it.  Once you have followed this article to test the audio on another Bluetooth device, we can configure with the car again.  You can remove the Bluetooth profile that is currently out there by going to:

Settings > Bluetooth > under MY DEVICES, press the (i), then tap Forget this device.  Then follow the instructions below:

  • Is there a solution as of yet for speakers crackling?

For weeks, I dealt with the issue of speaker crackling. Along with millions of others, I'm waiting for a recall of product or any reasonable solution. The speaker on the latest models of iPhone are below normal, and being not able to listen to music, having a constant popping sound with every sent text message etc. is surely not what Steve had in mind when he said that "Apple has reinvented the telephone." To load a month rent for a phone that does not work is not fair. Sales of this product cover away from R & D etc.

  • Crackling with Thunderbolt resident Audio interface

    Hello

I just bought a new Macbook Pro 15 inch retina, installed with El Capitan 10.11.4 and Logic Pro X, with a new interface reside Audio T4 Thunderbolt, and there is a cracking and sound distortion, crossing the input string. The output is very good. Sometimes the crackling can range from 30 minutes without past and other times it is constant. Unplug and plug cable Thunderbolt and change the port, it can do a little better or worse elsewhere. The crackling and distortion has also nothing to do with the entry levels. I tried:

    • Replace all cables (audio, stroke, etc.).
    • Disconnect other USB devices and even the power of the computer agreement. Also unplugged all other cables, including lunch, from the interface.
    • Purchase of an ALL-NEW resident Audio T4 interface, thinking the problem was inside the unit. It wasn't.
    • Update, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers to interface
    • Turn off the Thunderbolt bridge under 'network '.
    • Make sure bit depth was the same on the interface and macbook

I read on other musicians recording in trouble with DAWs and interfaces after the upgrade of the El Capitan, but not with this problem. This is my first time to go from a mac to a PC and am quite impressed so far. I'm grateful for any help.

For me, when crackle happens "at any time", it is a good indication of low buffer I/O.

Open CMD-comma logic preferences and click the "Audio" tab at the top. Then, make sure that you are on the "Devices" menu Input and output device are your interface. And nothing below your IO buffer size. try increasing this value to 128, 256, 512 and so on. In other words, the buffer is a small part of the memory where the incoming audio stream is buffered and the CPU can perform any processing required on this subject. If the CPU can't get enough data quickly enough, it starts to sizzle. More a buffer gives the CPU more time to perform a treatment. Usually, this is the case for systems with many things, for example, dozens of simultaneous tracks with many plugins active or slow systems. However, this is not the case for your new, shiny things unless you really have dozens of titles and many plugins per track. Or all of a sudden some background process kicks in and use the time processor and disk, such as a Time Machine backup and others.

Make sure you plugged your audio interface directly to the Mac, not a hub or something. This introduces a latency and the buffer drains faster.

    Give it a try.

  • Computer speakers crackling noise

Hello I got my pc for more than 3 years and just discovered this forum!

My pc is only used as a jukebox of the touch screen, but it makes a noise of terrible crackling from the (sometimes stronger than other periods) pc speakers. This always happened, it seems completely crazy that I just decided to solve the problem!

    Any ideas?

Can you please tell us what model of PC do you have? Are you using the original version of the OS preinstalled?
    > What has always happened...
How to understand this? Have you noticed this problem on the first day?

Have you tried to test the sound quality using headphones, different ways to test the internal speakers, whatever it is?
Please post a little more information. This can help us understand the problem.

  • ITunes, why do some of my music crackle?

I have a Mac Pro (early 2008) with the latest version of OS X and iTunes and recently I got the new album of Celtic Woman and whenever I play any song with pitch high she crackles as an error in the file.  But I opened it in the finder and it plays beautifully.  Why is this? My library has recently increased for songs more 28 000 not to mention the TV shows and movies plus 1.4 TB. Could the size cause it?  If yes how can I fix it?

You use Soundcheck (see Preferences) or the settings of the equalizer?

  • Satellite A100 - defective speakers, gives the crackling

I have the Toshiba Satellite A100 model.
My speakers do not sound right.
    Left speaker does not work.
    They give a crackling.
    Audio, video, doesn't sound right.
Whenever I play a song it gives a feeling of speakers are blasted.
When I turn the volume down they sound a little ok.

    Advice needed.
I need to replace speakers or should I update the drivers?
    Thank you...

After reading your ad, I think the speakers are defective and must be replaced.
You can try to change some sound settings to see if something will change.

In any case, I think driver has nothing to do with it and you need new speakers.

Have you tested with headset or headphones? How does it work?

  • Satellite A500 - crackling sounds and blue screen

    Hey everybody.

I bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite A500-19w about 4 days ago (today it is Sunday, March 7, 2010).

I had the sounds of crackling of my speakers which have been mentioned so many times in the forums, no real solution.
I also experienced the crash of the blue screen, that's already happened 7 times while I was not strongly using my newly buy laptop.
I'm not looking for a repair or a replacement, because I find it quite unacceptable to have to think about the errors, faults & fixes as much as the laptop is brand new.

What I want is a refund, but I'm not sure on how to do it.

I know that Toshiba has some sort of refund policy, but if someone can tell me exactly how it works, because I want to get rid of my laptop as soon as possible (I will not buy any more portable Toshiba, especially since I had some similar problems with my Qosmio f30).
If someone can give me some guidance, because I don't want to be mocked or used and cheated out of refund.
I bought my Toshiba in the Middle East (perhaps refund policies are different here).
    Thank you.

    Hi mihran.

If you want to pay off your laptop, you should talk with your computer store where you bought it. Only the can repay your laptop and not Toshiba directly.
Of course it is also depending on the country where you life, but normally you can pay within 14 days I think. So in your case I speak with the seller or give them a call. They explain how to do this.

But let me give you a little advice: regarding your problems with the crackling sound and blue screen I recommend that you contact an authorized service provider or ask a new A500 (this should be possible if you have only 4 days). Generally, I can say that a friend of mine has Satellite A500 and he is quite satisfied with her. This laptop has a great design equipped with new material for a good price. :)

  • Re: Audio crackles on Satellite A500 (PSAR3A - 01 K 002)

Bought a new Satellite A500 last year and have had many problems, here's a quick run down:

1 will play not with Win7 64-bit, compatible blue screens pointing to the graphics card driver. Tried every update in the Sun, nothing helps, also tried a full system restore with no luck... finally gave up and moved for Win 7 32 bit and stability seems reasonable.

    2. audio crackles with 64 and 32 bit versions of win 7, once again have tried every update under the Sun, including BIOS and full system restore with no luck. Audio is really shocking and it is worth noting that it is not just the speakers, when I use a headset (and joking around, I had plugged a top of the range $300 pair) it still crackles like nothing else.

    3. fell hardware WIFI switch...! ??? Also note that this laptop was not the biggest of any ill treatment and hase has spent most of it is time sitting on a desk at home and not be mobile (which incidentally is therefore what laptops are designed for should be able to handle)

    4. Webcam not centered, he did on my right shoulder looking into no. mans land making it quite impossible to use and type at the same time.

Where I am now... Well I took it to Portacom (west Perth) under warranty that I do not advise anyone to do as disassembled for replacement of the webcam, they were pretty useless, and they were pretty rude about it too.

They said they tested the audio with intensively music with headphones too and can't find anything wrong with that, but yet it still crackles away murdering all my favorite music.

They said that the WIFI hardware switch was caused by abuse, but there is no sign of violence.

They do not have check the blue screen with windows 64-bit issue because I had long since given up that at this time.

I was always a fan of Toshi and that's why I insisted we do a when I upgraded, but it seems he build quality has suffered a little since I finally bought a. I don't think I'll go to another ever again, this machine is wound very badly and has a huge impression cheap on this subject. Even more if you need any technical support, warranty or not, don't bother with Portacom. As I said they are rude and not much help at all really.

    Hey, man

You are right, the A500 series have problems and the most annoying is audio crackles. I bought my round 4 monts ago and hoped that Toshiba should fix bugs of cracking, but it is still exists. I tried all Bios upgrade, reinstalling the driver, registry settings, but still no solution. As I see it, Toshiba is not care we or am I wrong? They have placed the same driver display simply by changing date you output. As for me, I don't often listen to music on my knees, using a portable mp3 player which fortunately not crackling.
But anyway, I love this model. He has a good design, assemblage of powerful and high quality. I hope they fix some bugs in the future

LEADING INNOVATION MUST BE FREE FROM CRACKLING

    Welcome them

  • Satellite C660-117 - crackling sound at startup

    Hello

I recently started having problems with the sound on my laptop which is 5 months old.

It emits a crackling sound at startup and also during video playback, it sometimes looks like interference and is more sensitive to the higher sounds.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers and devices audio, but in vain.

The sound is the same when read by aswell TV or a helmet.

Is this sounds like a trip to the store where I bought it is necessary that its still under warranty?

    Hey Buddy,

You use the version preinstalled Windows from Toshiba or you have installed your own version?

Generally speaking everything you tried is correct, and the only option you have is to find your computer laptop initial configuration using Toshiba recovery disc. The drive will restore the original settings of the box with all the drivers and tools in order to have the same settings as you bought the laptop.

If this still doesn t work you should contact an authorized service provider because it looks like a hardware malfunction, but it s covered by warranty ;)

  • New laptop Satellite C50-A-1CK Fan make a static/crackling sound?

I recently introduced a new laptop Satellite C50-A-1CK the December 8,.

    I didn't use the phone a lot.
I noticed in the last days the fan made a static/crackling sound power, seems to come from the fan (on the upper right corner) when it turns.

    Is this normal?
I think back to the retailer and asking for Exchange?

Just for looking for some advice, much appreciated!

    Thank you.

    > Is this normal?

No, this isn't a common behavior of laptop and I don t think that the sound or noise is normal.

    > I think back to the retailer and asking for Exchange?

In my opinion it s certainly a good idea to check another unit and compare appearances of noise

    Hello

Have you noticed when running other software it's the bottom?
In your case, I recommend to check the CPU usage while the issue appears.

It would be possible that the sound crackles because the CPU is stressed and overloaded.

You can also install tool called DPC latency checking.
It is a freeware tool that analyzes the capabilities of the system to properly manage the flow of data in real time.
It may help find the cause of interruption in time real audio and video streams.
