  You cannot change the existing tiles. If you want to add tiles to your start screen for Web pages or e-mail online, there is a very easy way to do it.

  Open the version of Internet Explorer 10 splash screen. Visit the Web page that you want to access from a tile. In the lower right hand corner of the screen is an icon of a bug, select it. Select PIN to start, and then select Pin to Start again (it will show you what looks like the tile).

  If you go to Administration and change privileges, there are a lot of possibilities for displays in responses and users, the catalog groups and applications can change.  You should be able to change access from there.

  Make sure that the image is not in gray mode.

  How do you create the new layer? Looks like you have a selection and use ctrl/cmd-J. If you have a choice and it is empty, you will get this error.

  I try to draw a bunch of lines, but Im having a problem. I start with a blank page, then I create a new layer. There are, I have the line tool and draw a line under this layer.   All you can do is remove this layer and re-do with the text tool. There is no way to reverse this trend.

  Always keep a copy of your psd file unrasterized before you rasterize the text.
