  OK, Bob. This give a try.

  First, open a new file and make sure the background is white, not on Transparent that I suspect you have currently defined.

  

  Then, type your copy. Your layers panel will then look like the top of this picture...:

  

  and when you drag the text on the image layer, it will look like the lower part of the sample above.

  You can if you use the mask and width. I did in the past, but it's not as simple as that. I find it much easier to do this with the jexport of Java CDF (look for it in the forum for more details). It is faster and has more flexibility that report scripts for exporting data.

  I am new to AS3 and animate CC. I'm not a programmer. I learn how the code I want (from YouTube and various web sources). I put the next set of various web tutorial. What I'm trying to do is create a user input field and input variable which will set the number of new text fields created by a loop for. Then store the text fields in a table to access their values to use elsewhere. The problem is, I don't know how to access the values of the input fields created in the table.  The loop for works to create the new text entry fields, I do not know how to retrieve their values.  In fact, I don't know even if the text that I entered new fields is currently stored in the table. I think that the text field itself, as an object, is stored but not the text I enter the text field (which is what I want).  I hope someone can help me...

  Try to zoom a little and start your slide text tool starting off the page on the region of cardboard. Using the black selection tool, you can drag to the page and resize it using the bounding box handles.

• Additional page created through conditional text won't go away

  I created a page with conditional text in Framemaker 11.  Whenever I have my terms, a blank page is created.  This page doesn't go away when I save or update the file.
  It gets deleted only if I delete the extra page.  Could be the cause of this page to stick around?

  I know how to change the text and if I go to paragraph styles and select standard paragraph and then all new blocks of text created is the default 12pt times which is not line up on the starting grid.

  But I need to know how it goes in the first place that you can have some settings for new text frames added to the document on any computer and these new blocks of text have no paragraph style, but have custom settings.

  You talk about InDesign default setting.

  If you want to set the font family, size, etc. for text when you create a new document, perform you the settings with no document open ("Document No." State). With the blank screen in InDesign, select the text tool. On the Control Panel, set the font family, size, etc. you want.   According to all forum messages/help videos I watched, I thought I was supposed to be able to change the text this elsewhere, but all that happens is that it allows me to add a new text layer.  I'm sorry if the answer to that has already been posted, but I could not find.  I appreciate all help.

  I think that I finally thought to it! The layer has been simplified, because there is no "T" in the text icon in the layers panel.  I don't remember to simplify, but somehow I must have.  I tried to create a new text box, and of course, even after it hit the green check mark to accept all of the settings I've chosen initially, I could go back and change it.  A disappointment, because now I need to go back and understand exactly how I had it before, but at least the mystery is solved.  Thanks for the suggestions.

  The blue line can be one of two things. I have not added all layers or change the default settings of the program, the bounding box for executives will be light when it is blue in layout mode. Not the line disappears when you hide the contours of the block (Ctrl/Cmd + H) or switch to preview mode? One edge of the image remains the same size, too, when you zoom in.

  Since you said 2 points, it is more likely a real race that is applied by default. You can kill that unchecking everything and checking that no stroke color not specified, or the weight of the race is set to 0. It is also possible that the object for new text frames style has defined race (open the object Styles Panel and find the style with the little icon with the T inside - by default it is the standard text block, but it might have been changed in the model). If this is the case, you can redefine the style of the object without the race - probably not the best idea because it will remove the line of existing objects that have this style applied - or you can change to a style of different object for the default text block (drag the icon).

  The big problem is: when the first block of text is full and overflow is generated, a new page with a new block of text from the main text flow (as the master spread) is generated. but it seems my script requests the page number before the new page with the new text block is born and an error is given.
