Creating cloud Login Does not stay Login
Since the CC updated last week, I can't login on my Mac. It will connect, sync my files, and then after 5-10 minutes, it will automatically disconnect me. I delete file opm.db of the library several times and does not help. I have not updated the CC on my first Mac and there are not any problems.

Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.

Creating cloud 2015 does not show updates according to availability

I have CC2015 company. The version of Photoshop installed it 16.0.0, 2015.0.0 output, 20150529.r.88 x 64
It looks like a version of May 29,
I know there are updates of November 30, it is supposed to be 16.1 Photoshop but when I go to creative cloud that they do not appear. Why?

Yes, if the updates is greyed out, it means that updates have been removed. This is not done on the dashboard it's done in the creative tool Cloud package when creating the application package. The administrator can package updates and deploy them on you. If they are inexperienced in the package manager, then send it to our documentation.

It gives the location of the file that removes the updates, simply delete or rename this file.

Creating cloud downloads does not
Something very odd on a new installation of Mac OS X 10.10.2 Yosemite as well as on an old Mac Mavericks:
Downloads do not work.
To be exactly: download every product a blank page. Verifying its content without styles it wants to have Internet Explorer as a client.
So I can't have my software on my newly installed MacBook.
Even the Cloud Desktop App Designer is not download.
Is there a problem with the Adobe website?

Creating cloud App does not install
Updated cloud creative app install gets to 100% and then closes. I re - open app told me there and update the same thing. I've updated the about 5 times now.

Could you please share the OS version you are using? In case you are using a windows machine, try to run the installation as an administrator and to share the results.

Before installing the latest version, please try to uninstall creative cloud this link: CC help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud.

I use this for quite awhile, but now I can't the startup application so that I can check the updates etc. Tried ending process (it is running, just no window) and tried again, but no go. I need to reinstall and how?

- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.

I have an Adobe Creative cloud account and have no problem using Photoshop on my old laptop. Just had a new Mac book, I logged in Adobe on the new Mac and it shows that I have a trial version for 30 days. Confused and looking for help!
