This will not affect your programs of cloud.
Whenever you renew a subscription, you must not uninstall the applications already installed.
Just log out of the desktop application Adobe CC and then log in.
Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

Those who are the cause of the problem, entered blocker of Adobe, blocks access to the Adobe activation server.
To delete these entries.
It is best to reset the default Hosts file.
Run Microsoft Fix tool, it will automatically recover host. then try to activate the CC apps.

I have not received serial number after buying Adobe first pro (monthly subscription).
Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.
Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps. and probably more in the future.

You have membership you must use your Adobe (email id registered with Adobe) ID and password and Acrobat must be activated.

Error image system original title: windows 7 0 x 81000036
I'm doing a backup system image. When I select this option I get the dialog box 'Create image s system' but it cannot find any 'backup devices on this computer"and lists the error 0 x 81000036.
I have an ESATA connection on my Dell laptop I was trying to make the image on. I use the unit every day to save files and which works very well. He just leaves me CCADE with the system image backup...
any ideas?

· You did it changes on your computer?
· Is your esata formatted NTFS drive?

Note: make sure that you start the computer in normal mode after a repair.
