• How can I make a label of wine bottle nonrectangular in 3D in Photoshop CS6?

  I got pretty proficient with Photoshop CS6 3D tools, but the mesh of the integrated wine bottle gives me a headache.

  I would like to make the label of a bottle of wine, some other rectangular. But when I use an opacity card to control the shape of the label (to make circular, for example), the bottle becomes as transparent. I have not found a way to make the transparent label areas while leaving the glass not affected. I tried black on the card as well as the transparent opacity (WARNING: no pixels). Whatever it is, the glass also disappears. In fact, if I'm trying to keep it smaller than its original size and same label rectangular - using black, transparent, or even cropping of the opacity for a smaller size card, it always affect the same area of the bottle glass (see picture). Glass is 100% opaque and has No card opacity.)

  I think that I thought about it.

  1. With your material label layer selected, go to the properties panel. Under opacity, select 'New Texture'. Make the size of the file of the same size as your material of the main tag that surrounds the whole bottle.
  2. Create a black mask / white standard, the white area being your irregular shape.
  3. Save on the .psb. You should see only the areas you want to be opaque have now been hidden.

  I would also add that you must set the color of "Diffuse" your label to the same as the material of your bottle, as well as the correspondence the other properties (refraction, specular, etc.) so that the 'glass' corresponds to...

  I'm trying to do OCR to extract the water bottle label, but im not getting any closer. The water bottle label looks like the Arial font, Ive trained with the arial font characters. I tried fiddling with the settings and exposure to the light... but still not good.

  I am using the video stream, so even trying to reduce the size of the buffer but does not work...

  Any recommendations?

  Increase the image brightness and/or contrast would probably increase the accuracy of the OCR also.

• Programmatically create a free label on the front

  To make the appearance of my nicer VI, I add a few free labels for a tab on the front panel control.

  Then edit the free text in the tab control and by placing a free text on the block schema works very well with the attached VI. (Note: put the two in the same folder)

  However if I am trying to add a label free control tab with Labview, the following code generates error 1060 "LabVIEW: object cannot contain (clean) specified object.»

  

  So now I'm wondering what I need to to to add text to the front with the help of scripts of VI.

  On your 2nd thought: I do not think I need to add the label to the table decorations or is it possible, given that the setting is "read only".

  You got the indirect answer. First of all, I created the example below to check if I could create a color of the tab box

  

  2nd I started browsing trough style options to see if I could find something that would allow me to bring another form of decoration. And by chance I found the style of "Label (System)" (ID = 21961). So the following code generates a nice label on the tab and solved my problem.

  Wrong to describe the best I can...

  I make a label which will end around half superior from a bottle, the part that slopes down towards the beak.  For this reason, the label is actually shaped more like an ark so when it goes on the bottle, it will look more to the right.  The upper part of the label of course will be a tighter than the bottom half arc.  This is part of the reasons why it is difficult to get things to look right.  I know that I can bend a line at the same angle and type on it and he looks right, but I have a paragraph that I have to do this with, is worth about 5 lines.  I don't want to have to do a line of different for each path because it would be a nightmare to get each line perfect between them.  Is there a way to make the 'path' to work with several rows at a time?

  Spread the mixture. So if you want, put on the paths the text runs to succeed paths.

  As Paul said, it seems one would use a group of Radio buttons for this with Yes / No selection. Regarding the alignment of the label, how do you do this:

  I made these declaritively. In the Label attributes I used the following to the Label - which is, put that in the attribute Label:

      YES NO
  Do you agree?
  

  Then you can change the color, the font size, weight, etc. Whites in front of 'YES' are produced by as '& nbsp; '. & nbsp; & nbsp; "you want to - but omit the space between"&"and"nbsp;" -include the ';' in each case. "support support BR" between no. and occur at a line break.

So, for example if this page has "Leanne red leather bag -" I won't be able to search for the bag by typing [cmd + F] Leanne or red bag etc. Therefore, I don't have to go through each page or via different catalog when my clients ask us about previous products. I tried some ways and a few video tutorials, but I don't think they were what I was looking for.

  I shot two images of a bottle of wine.  We got the dark bottle, we label brilliantly flashed (so of course the bottle is not dark).  I can open both images in CS5, side by side, but no tutorial but managed to move the light dark bottle label, mainly because I am real new to this layers tips and tutorials most seem to leave out some key step or assume I know how to do the steps they mention.

  I'll open the two images side by side, select the light label, select the move tool and enter this label, move it to the other image, and it disappears behind the second image.  You all know what I am doing wrong, please help!  I want the light on the dark bottle label so I can keep as a final image.  Thanks for your help.

  So, I started using the Rectangle selection tool.

  I made a selection around the label:

  

  Then, right-click on the selection and choose "Layer Via Copy"

  

  Now, is right that new layer, and then choose Duplicate layer...

  

  When the duplicate later pops up, choose the image dark wine to move the layer to the other file:

  

  Now, you can see the light on the dark bottle label!

  

  Now for the fine tuning...

  With the new layer selected, click on Select > change mode quick mask...

  

  Now, the paint on the unwanted image to the layer parts:

  

  Click on window > edit in Quick Mask Mode to switch back again and click on the ""Add a layer mask ' icon: "

  

  Then, double-click on the layer and add a gradient overlay to simulate the shadow:

  You may be, based on the version cut showing a cup which begins and ends at the level of the corners (guides are your friends):

  Round 1) create the complete label goes all the way, in the form of basic rectangular/square (works both a rectangle and a square, this last just have the same width and height), with all the works of art;

  (2) to decide the number of cuts;

  (3) create an oblique path right from the upper left corner (you can use the line Segment tool) for somewhere farther to the right, and then with the reference Point in the range of transformation the left superior value changes the value of W to the total width of the rectangle divided by the number of cuts, this will give you the right angle;

  (Pass 4) a copy of the straight path of 2) to the right by its value of W;

  5. Select two straight paths of 3) and 4) and Ctrl / Cmd + J to join them so create a parallellogram with twice the value of 3 W) / 4);

  (6 moving copies of the parallellogram left and right by the W of the value of 3) / 4), repeat until you have covered the original rectangle.

  (7) let the parallellogram on the far left where it is (covering the left upper part of the original rectangle) and move the others down by the height (of the original rectangle / the parallellograms), leave one where it is and continue with the remaining until they are all under one of the other;

  (8) copies of the original rectangle of 1 move) downwards by its height until you have rectangles behind the parallellograms.

  I try to print my labels for Christmas. I use avery labels size 2 "x 4" and all of a sudden to halfway through the print job, another image is printed on the background of the sheet of labels.

  I have had it before and may not know how to solve this problem. I double checked to make sure that this additional picture is not in the bed of the scanner. How can I get rid of this unwanted addition of my labels. I also tried a different word document that has a different picture of Christmas in all sections of 10 labels and sometimes it prints correctly and sometimes he adds this piture inside cookie half as well.

  Why is my printer done? I'm wasting ink and these labels as well.

  Welcome to the Community Forum of HP.

  It could be your template file which is trashed, in other words, your label template document itself could be the problem.  You need to maybe start over, in other words, create a new document from model to model appropriate size label size label.

  The latest version of the Avery software, which let you can indeed use, moved in recent versions of Word.  Most of each model you can buy is installed within the software:

  Avery Wizard for Microsoft® Office

  The document that results from (.doc / .docx) can be made to be put a blank label, to which you could add - manually, your little Clip Art Santas.  In fact, if you have created a blank label template (by clicking through the process of 'create' model), you can add a Clip Art or a different photo on each label.

  If for some reason, the software will not be installed in your Version of Office Word, I believe you can use the software online and then print the labels on your printer.

  You could also simply any reboots:

  Router, computer, printer - just restart everything and see if the "strangeness" clears.  It is less likely to help, but it really depends on where the problem lies.  The question might be a little communication problem between the printer and the queue of work - the printer needs to process the job once it is taken from the queue; Maybe is not read the file correctly.

  I see that you would like to know how to solve this problem and that you are able to print letters perfectly well. Looks like there could be a problem with mail merge. HP Support Forums helps solve printing problems, but HP does not support third-party applications. You are able to print, but a feature is giving you issues.

  The only thing I would say is that you try to create a new label to see if you can print that.
