  I've updated my OS X to El Capitan, and my creative application of cloud Manager does not load one of my Apps (either to install or uninstall). I only get the current blue bars.   But, for some reason I can't open this application. The dmg seems to go, but the program itself does not open. She bounces on my dock for a bit, then finally presents itself as "not responding".

  Hi everyone I have a major problem. See what I am trying to install Lightroom on my Mac, but end up getting errors every time. I did what everybody told me to do and installed the creative cloud cleaning tool, when I launched it I saw a couple of things that I could easily get rid of. But this cleanup tool maintained by detecting an Illustrator file in my computer that I know does not exist, and every time I mark and try to "take away" accidents of the cleaning tool.
  So I'm wondering if anyone can relate, or knows a solution to this problem that can help me. I'm getting really frustrated because I really need this Lightroom as soon as POSSIBLE.

  -What happens when you try to shut down the computer? You receive an error message or error code? If Yes, indicate the same.
   
  -Have you been able to shut down the computer without any problem earlier?
   
  -Remember you proceed with recent computer between the calendar changes when things worked fine and now?
   

  You can unplug the connected external devices, as appropriate and check if the problem is resolved.

  I suggest that you try to run the file system (CFS) Checker scan to check all the corruption of .dll files.

  1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.
  2. Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
  3. In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
     sfc/scannow

  It looks like an adjustment brush.

  Hit your adjustment brush and see if a PIN is displayed. Select the Pin and remove it.  The task disappears? If so, that's the problem. Double check to ensure that it is not part of a series of strokes on the image somewhere else.

  It could be that your picture is too large with respect to the dimensions in pixels for the well blur tool run.

  If you zoom in to 100% you see no change when you use the blur tool?

  What are the dimensions of the image in pixels?

  (Image > Image size)

  If you try a small image, the blur tool work?

  What happened when you use the mouse instead of your Tablet?

  Can you at least tell us what operating system and version of photoshop with your?
