Creative Cloud Customer Service Plan No.
I just plan to creative photography cloud has bought and received a payment confirmation e-mail, but when I try to access the product he always tells me that I have to buy a plan.
I lost over an hour of my time trying to settle this issue, because there is NO customer support # contact!
VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!
Of course, I will not continue to pay for a program that I can't even access and find it disgusting that I had to wast a lot of my time trying to find a solution to the companys problem when a simple customer service phone call would have solved the problem in a few minutes!

If you choose the annual plan with monthly payment then you will pay each month if the contract is annual.
If you choose the annual plan with annual payment (once; initial) then you will pay the amount for a year only once.

Your subscription license allows you to have two facilities activated, so if both machines meets the system requirements so you should be able to install and connect the two.

I can't install 5 Lightroom on a second computer, I'm NOT a creative cloud customer, I'm an independent user. But when I try to install on my laptop, it always of trys to sell me the monthly subscription. How can I enter my serial number in the second copy of lightroom? Download creative cloud redirects to plans despite a subscription
So I've been struggling with download creative cloud for a few days in order to run the program in wine on Linux. All I need is to download the app, yet whenever I visit Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and click on download, it redirects me to the pricing and membership creative cloud plans | Adobe Creative Cloud. Now I have already purchased a subscription, and I am connected. I tried going through the steps to pay for it again, but just I already paid the page tells me and that's all. Is there a mirror that I can download from without all those annoying errors?
I decided to run a virtual machine instead. Thank you.

The plan of $29.99 for Creative Cloud customers Stock is an annual plan, so if you have cancelled after 2 months an early termination fee would apply.

How can I reactivate my creative cloud (stu edition) plan?
My credit card information has been changed and I couldn't pay Bill of December. He said that "your plan has been cancelled.", but I want to get this plan. Is there a solution or do I enroll in a new plan that has extra payment(+9$)?

Downloads via Creative Cloud customer not complete
I use OS x Yosemite 10.10.3. My creative cloud app version is 2.2.0.129. Photoshop will not specifically download its update and install it. Do not know what is happening. The error indicates that the downloaded files cannot be extracted. It will get hung up to 50% and then fail.
Here are a few screenshots. If all goes well they help.
After 50%, it will go to the notification below.

I uninstalled my creative Cloud customer, how do I re - download?
I had problems with my Creative Cloud Client crash and does not properly, so I uninstalled, I need to get some of the other applications, how do I get it back?
(1) uninstall creative cloud
(2) go to the free creative cloud | Download the free trial version Adobe Creative Cloud and install again.
(3) restart your computer after the installation and the problem will be solved.
I was on a couple of phone minute with an Adobe support and do these steps, that the problem has been resolved.

Hi all, I'm quite new here and I really need help!
I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them. I'm really angry that there is not anyway to email Adobe or call them (I'm in Singapore).
I check my account on the website and it says that I can't look at my plans/subscription now for maintenance.
Which means that anything that I can do, even if I want to terminate the program now. It is a very overwhelming experience T.T

Can't handle creative cloud plans
Hello
I tried to change cloud creative app all the plan for the plan of photography. Plan of development on all the app doesn't go far or leave cancel even if the plan is overdue. Plan of said photography it will be activated shortly, but not not turn on. I paid for the plan of the photograph and the payment went through on pay pal. I'm suppose to have access to the chat but keeps it site support sending me around in circles and not give me the opportunity to enter the chat application. How am I suppose to fix this problem?
