Creative cloud disconnection

Whenever I try to connect to creative cloud, it says I was disconnected and I have to log in again to continue. Therefore, I can't stay connected longer. My login on the website is ok and my applications work correctly, but no way to stay not connected to the creative Cloud. What should I do?

  • Creative cloud does not recognize CC records

    As well as the Creative AutoUpdate cloud a bug that prevents the creative cloud to acknowledge the creative Cloud Files folder. I moved it but did not help. I was getting errors that subject being unable to synchronize, then failed to load, and now when I open creative cloud-> resources-> files, I just get the spinning wheel that never ends.

    Need help with this bug fixed if you please.

    Re-post here for others:

    1 (a) PC: remove C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync/*.db* (must be 3 or 4 files, but could be more if you have multiple accounts to connect to CreativeCloud)

    Mac 1 b): remove ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/*.db* (must be 3 or 4 files, but could be more if you have multiple accounts to connect to CreativeCloud)

    (2) the creative cloud disconnection, close, and then reopen it.

    3) click on the Cloud Creative link files in the Finder (left side, under Favorites) - the operating system will see that this is a bad link Remove Favorites and must replace almost immediately by a working link.

  • Impossible to disconnect from the creative cloud

    I am running Lightroom and Photoshop CC on my workstation with Windows 10 PC.

    Everything was fine until a few days ago, then I was away for a few weeks without using the workstation. Today, trying to launch Lightroom, the app refused to start, suspended to the start screen. It the same for Photoshop.

    I tried to check creative cloud app but it seems to be locked with an account that is not mine. The app tells me to check my email address but one that is displayed, it is not correct.

    I tried to follow this guide (connect and disconnect enable or disable applications Cloud Creative) but the menu preference is pretty empty, the only options available are 'help', 'Quit' and 'lock on the taskbar", which should be an option of Windows. CTRL + Alt + R has no effect. The only buttons on the main screen of the application are 'check again' and "re-send the verification email", but because the enamel is not mine, that have no effect.

    So I tried to uninstall all applications using the Windows tools (remember, the creative cloud app is locked), removed from cloud app so creative and restarted the PC. Finished, I downloaded once more the application of Creative Cloud on the main site, but once installed it the same situation.

    I repeated the previous steps, twice (uninstall, reboot, download, install, launch application cloud creative), also tries to update Windows (now I'm with the update of the anniversary, while for the first 2 tests, I was with the previous version) but the rest of the problem.

    I have no more ideas, can you please help me? I am quite stuck.

  • Creative cloud keeps disconnecting Me

    Ive been using illustrator for the last days, and while I work my creative cloud will sign me (my fonts are synchronized to typekit, so when I am disconnected I am not able to use these fonts.) I looked through the "common questions" section of the adobe support page and didn't see my problem here. I've updated all my apps, checked if my CC app was updated (on.) and tried most of adobe solutions and yet still no luck. Would appreciate any advice, help or discussion. Thank you.

    It's weird I have connection and after 3 minutes, or it is automatically disconnected and I have to bring back the user name and password, as it does not allow me to remember the details.

    Any suggestion or help to solve this problem? or maybe it's always like that, but I think it's a bit annoyed because I have just joined creative cloud and I want to be active most of the time.

  • I can't connect you to creative cloud, whenever I log in, it says "You have been disconnected" and tells me to reconnect.

    I tired to re - install and tried all the troubleshooting suggested, including the abolition of the .db file. Nothing works. I need to reinstall my DVD LR6, but I can't do unless cloud creative work. This new system is difficult to operate properly. Help, please.

    For some reason I keep to be disconnected from my creative cloud account. Normally, I'm signed in automatically. But today the creative Cloud application asks to connect you. And then after a few minutes, I get kicked out and have to log in again.

    1: open the Task Manager and end Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.

    2. now navigate to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/OOBE and rename it OOBEold. and aamupdator to aamupdator.old

    3: then run creative cloud, login and click on the applications tab.

    I notice that if I register on Adobe via cloud Creative, so that Lightroom and Photoshop will not run unless I sign again.  This suggests that LR and PS will not work unless my internet is connected.  Is this correct?  Do I kee connected to creative cloud even if my monthly subscription is still active and current?

    When you are finished working with Lightroom, you have no need to "sign" this will disable the application which means you need to "Sign in" again if you want to use the application.

    In the menu bar, upper-left, click on Lightroom and select leave Lightroom in the drop-down dialog box.

    Your license allows you two active installations of the application, so you can 'disconnect' disable one and "sign in" to activate on another computer.

    We have CC for teams and some of us quite often gets disconnected from the creative cloud.

    After cutting out, he does not remember the username or the password... then type whenever the bug occurs...

    It's really annoying because we use the new CC features like libraries CC for InDesign and Typeset fonts...
