Creative cloud does not seem to recognize my subscription
I have recently subscribed to publishing student and teacher of creative cloud for a year (by my University).
Yet all the apps in my cloud appear as trial versions.
I don't know if I missed something during the installation, I tried to sign in and out of my account several times but also try uninstalling and reinstalling the applications, but it still shows trial versions.
When I open one of the programs (e.g., hearing) and then press on "license this software", then by logging into my account, I get a message saying "not found subscription - we didn't found a 2015 Adobe Audition CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID.
Any solution would be greatly appreciated!

Those are blocker of Adobe entries cause problem.
Follow the procedure below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

Hi there everyone. I'm trying to mix in 5.1 surround sound. I started a project and assign the 5.1, and I can edit everything very well. The problem is I can't track my results, because the hearing does not seem to recognize that I have a 5.1 (Logitech Z-5500 Digital 5.1) hooked through 6 direct channels. It is not recognize more than two channels. Anyone know what is happening?
I have a laptop Alienware M17x-R4 running Win 8 Pro 64-bit. My sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster Recon3Di.
Here's what my preferences are like.
Unfortunately, your sound card is not a true 6-channel device. Like many of this PC low-cost sound systems, it is only capable of producing surround audio decoding of the already encoded sound sources. Ms. base drivers provided show only base two-channel stereo input and output for hearing.
To be able to monitor true 5.1 surround channels, you will likely spend your audio interface to something with the release of six discrete channels.

I have a blank Memorex music CD - R stuck in my superdrive drive and it will not eject. It does not seem to recognize that there is a disc inserted. Any ideas? Help - I'm a rookie.
It worked - search for "Terminal" and then type "drutil eject external" thanks for the help.

You can uninstall the driver from Device Manager network, put it back, once again.
a. open the Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
b. find the network card, right-click on it and select Properties.
c. go to the driver tab and click Uninstall to uninstall the driver associated with the device -

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.

Creative cloud does not work after update

I've updated creative cloud yesterday. Now, the creative cloud does not-empty main screen... As the last stage attempted to delete all files in the OOBE folder. BUT:
Cannot delete all files: Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, because Windows does not - ANEdata.db, fylesyn.db and opm.db.. .are open creative cloud.
But CC is closed - checked with the Windows Task Manager. PC is restarted twice.
What was my mistake? How is it possible to reinstall creative cloud?

close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.
Delete these files.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and delete the file opm.db
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.
