I live in Iceland, and CC is not available here. It is a very small country, so I don't know if it will ever be available lol. Is there a way for me to become a Subscriber?

If the licenses are intended for the company in Iceland, you need to register using an Adobe ID associated with your country of use.

I have a Creative cloud photography Plan (CC of Photoshop Lightroom). There a serial number for registration? Because I have received no series by mail, but it works well! And he never asks me to activate with a serial number. I just pay monthly Plan.

I live in Puerto Rico and United States Territory.I was trying to reach CC using the promotion of Flickr and was unable to do so, because I had this message is not available in my country. I bought the latest version of LR and bought all versions of PS up to CS5. I am so frustrated trying to buy through the promtion Flickr that I decided to buy everything through my account or the software. I get this message even! I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect. When I did, it loaded and loaded, and ultimately told me ' you have been signed, please connect» Then I thought, it might be because I did not use the Mac for quite a while and maybe lack of too many updates. I uninstalled all Adobe products including creative cloud and wanted to install it again.

I use Mac OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5
I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.
Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.
I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.
Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.
Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...
Can I have some help please!

In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.
Please refer to uninstall creative cloud: use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Please see the link to rename / remove folders from Adobe After the creation of the back to the top (do not forget: it will remove also all old if installed Adobe applications): Remove already installed the Adobe application files. Mac OS X
Once done then please restart your machine and install again the creative cloud.

I've updated creative cloud yesterday. Now, the creative cloud does not-empty main screen... As the last stage attempted to delete all files in the OOBE folder. BUT:
Cannot delete all files: Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [username] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, because Windows does not - ANEdata.db, fylesyn.db and opm.db.. .are open creative cloud.
But CC is closed - checked with the Windows Task Manager. PC is restarted twice.
What was my mistake? How is it possible to reinstall creative cloud?

close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.
Delete these files.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and delete the file opm.db
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.
