Creative cloud is not recognizing my membership
Paid for a full years membership, I have a receipt by email and I have everything, but when I downloaded and connected to creative cloud happens like me do a free trial. Why isn't it recognizing my membership?
In case you have used the email that you use with the forums to redeem the composition, I don't see any active subscriptions.
Could you please send me the code for Exchange in a private message.

Creative cloud does not recognize my membership after installation of El Capitan
I have a subscription to creative cloud. Given that I have download El Capitan, creative cloud will allow me to connect, download applications under a free trial and recognize my preferences but will not show me to have a subscription. I tried logging in and out.
I will have no problem on my work computer, but I did not download El Capitan on this machine, just my computer at home with 10.11.1 is having the problem. Help!

Creative cloud does not recognize my membership
I turned off, I have uninnstalled everthing but when I download and start again the same loop programs: trial expired - buy now and is directed to a new page telling me that I have already members. But I can't access the programs.
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

Adobe Creative Cloud is not recognizing the previously installed applications
Long story short, I have all my apps CC installed on a separate, larger, hard disk, drive F. My OS, Win8, is installed on drive C, a small SSD. My C drive is corrupted and I had to format this drive. But CC was also installed on the C drive so now I have re-installed CC on my C drive. My apps are still installed on my F drive but CC does not recognize them.
Do I need to download them again? Where can I get CC to recognize?
I changed the default directory and checked that the languages are the same.
Any help is appreciated - Josh
Windows stores all information program configuration in a file of a register... Once you have formatted the drive and reinstalled, you lost all information about programs on your F drive... you will need to install "fresh"on the F drive for the record to update.

Creative cloud showing not updated to Lightroom CC
My creative cloud is not see the update of Lightroom CC. When I start the program it tells me there's an update. To upgrade to the latest version of Lightroom for use with your creative cloud membership, exit Lightroom, launch the creative cloud application and click the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5. It doesn't have the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5. What should I do?
I was able to update once I signed of cloud creative and back as he showed the LightRoom CC with the installation option. I was not seeing this until I disconnected and back in. Thanks for your time to help with my situation.

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.

I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect. When I did, it loaded and loaded, and ultimately told me ' you have been signed, please connect» Then I thought, it might be because I did not use the Mac for quite a while and maybe lack of too many updates. I uninstalled all Adobe products including creative cloud and wanted to install it again.
But now it downloads the CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg and subsequently does not open the configuration of the installation. My Mac shows me an error after some to say:
I tried all the easy things like srestarting Mac, update, using the cleaning tool, but nothing.
It won't install any more. I've already lost a whole day of work...
