• Creative cloud manager want to block update, but it is 5% for a week! Its impossible to block or restart :(

  Remember that the password asking, it is NOT the creation of clouds or Adobe ID, the user of the computer, you must be and admin to install updates.

  I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

  If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

  The "General" cloud requirements are quite low... so you have to ask in the forums of specific program for a special features used by individual programs

  Please quit Setup and then exit the creative application of cloud.

  After that, restart the machine.

  Let's try with own installation procedure.

  (1) open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  2) navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder.

  3) click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

  Once the installation is finished, it will create Adobe Application Manager shortcut icon on the desktop.

  4)

  Important: Temporarily disable the AntiVirus and firewall.

  5)

  Double-click the Adobe Application Manager shortcut icon on the desktop.

  It will start the update process and is updated for Creative Cloud desktop application.
