Creative cloud: Mac or Windows?

On the use of creative products Cloud, a person will have a better experience on a Mac or Windows computer?  We use Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, primarily, but can use other Adobe products sometimes too.

In addition, Adobe offers the best support for Adobe products that run on a Mac vs Windows or Adobe offers an equal level of support?

You can install Creative cloud on a Mac and PC and see if you prefer one over the other.

You are allowed to activate the software on up to 2 devices (physical or virtual) at the same time. You may have installed on a third, but will need to disconnect one of the others to sign it. You may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

    Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously. You can install creative cloud applications in bootcamp and it counts as a second computer, and you do not have to pay extra but support to help customers in virtual environments is limited in case you may encounter technical problems.

    If you are certain that you have the latest app cc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Exit the office application.

    Rename ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE opm.db. Note the ~ at the beginning of the path that denotes the connected to the directory of the user on mac. The library folder it contains is usually hidden, then use the option go to folder finder and type in the path exactly what I typed here to access.

    Relaunch the creative application of cloud and connect.

    I don't see a problem, connect usb devices using the win 10.

I've searched the forums and I tried some of the suggestions but nothing seems to work for me. I think that since I didn't renew my subscription, I can't call Adobe technical support for assistance. I'm ready to post videos and screenshots if that's helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    It's really annoying!

    My creative cloud application has stopped me to connect.  I have no problem connecting to this forum (and others), but the creative application cloud on my Mac just turns and turns once I entered my user name and password.

    Is not keep my username and password either... everytime I restart, I enter again.

    I tried to delete the files in the folder "OOBE" (article: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress)-still nothing.

    Everyone knows about this problem?

    Does anyone know of a solution (in addition to uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Suite, which I wouldn't do)?

    Can I "manually" update apps cloud creative or what I have to use the (unfounded) soft?

    This problem occurs because of permission file or corrupt files of updator OOBE or MAO. You can try the steps on this link depending on your operating system

    I just downloaded ACC (v3.4.1.181) on my macbook pro (v10.11.1), but whenever I open it my 'apps' tab in the upper part is missing.

    I tried to re - install several times, I tried to restart my computer but nothing seems to work.

    I've seen some people say that we must go in the program folder files and remove or change some. But all these tips has been on PC and I'm not sure how you make to these files on a mac.

    Go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe

    Rename AAMupdater to AAMupdater.old

    Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adob

    retry updating Lr CC 2015

    Note the program data and Appdata is hidden folder

    I found a post from another guy who had the same problem in January, and he has worked it's shock wave breaking installation.

    I've installed shockwave separately first, restarted the computer, and then installed very well since creative cloud Panel applications.
