    Welcome to Adobe Community.

    Minimum requirements means that you must have these as the minimum configuration to install Adobe products. You can probably go ahead and install the product on a windows 8 PC and it should work fine.

    I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and can not get and Adobe for working software.

    Creative cloud is installed and works very well from what I see.

    When you ask to install an app, it will download the entire program, but the entire computer freezes when he goes to retrieve it.

    I'm on Windows 10 (64-bit), AMD HD7970 GPU with 15.7.1 drivers.

    I can't work on how to solve this problem. Any ideas? I need to work!

    I found a post from another guy who had the same problem in January, and he has worked it's shock wave breaking installation.

    I've installed shockwave separately first, restarted the computer, and then installed very well since creative cloud Panel applications.

  • My creative cloud does not (Windows 7)

    I downloaded Adobe Creative cloud, but it does not load. I have a 64 bit Windows 7 computer. I tried to turn off my firewall and anti-virus software, but it still doesn't work. Whenever I try to launch Adobe Creative Cloud Windows displays the loading without the cloud icon creative loading at all. I checked the Task Manager to see if the application was running in the background, but it was not. If you could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

  • How can I disable creative cloud after than windows?

    Hello everyone,

    Ive following problem that crashed my second PC and restored Windows itself. Unfortunately he deleted half of the creative cloud programms. My problem now is that I can't reinsert Photoshop and Aftereffects because he always says that all permits are already in use. So is it possible to delet ore disconnect me a license without beeing installed program more.

    I would be really grateful for any help.

    Welcome to the Adobe Forum,

    The CC has been activated twice, so please proceed as described above, you will be launching & try sign in after install, you will be asked to turn off from the previous machine.

    There will be an option to turn it off there, too, if your previous machine are accessible United Nations so you can choose the option to turn off of here & now it will allow to sign & activate.

    I pay a monthly fee for service... to not be locked.

    Please update desktop from CC: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, right-click and run as admin and try to connect.

    If still the same error then kindly uninstall CC Office Control Panel, run the cleanup tool: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and try to connect.

    Also try running the CC Office in hidden admin account and check the whetehr the problem persists.

    I don't see a problem, connect usb devices using the win 10.

    You can try:

    uninstall all cc including the application of cc desktop, uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

    clean your computer of files cc by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    Restart your computer (do not skip this)

    Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Use the desktop application to install your programs and the cc events

  • How does the creative cloud work permit?

    I bought an individual license, and I know that allows me to install CC on a main computer and a backup computer. It's very well because I use only two devices for editing. But I plan to upgrade my PC (main unit) some time in the near future, which will replace the motherboard (since the current one sucks). I know that Windows 10 considers the PC it is recorded, to basically be the motherboard itself. So if you replace the motherboard your W10 ceases to be considered a licensed copy and valid (unless you whinge and complain to Microsoft Technical Support for long enough). Is it the same thing with creative cloud or system cares only if I made two sets of the product?

    Sign out of creative cloud of preferences

    Leave the creative cloud

    Go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe

    Rename AAMupdater to AAMupdater.old

    Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adob

    Rename AAMupdater to AAMupdater

    retry updating Lr CC 2015

    Note the program data and Appdata is hidden folder

    My cloud will not be updated, download, it is grayed out. I can't uninstall or reinstall the creative cloud. I am also unable to join a chat support, or phone number. All programs CC when open, mention that I should reinstall. but I can't do it.
