Creative Cloud Soft allows me to stay disconnected and does not accept my details.

The application of updated creative cloud tells me connect to continue.  I put my details it accepts (i.e. no error message on the user name and password is not).  It's the swirly box thing then he said: I was logged out, log in to continue.  Periodically, he gets up and asks me to connect even if Iclosed it and tried to do something else.

This program is decidedly buggy.  When he he claims first loaded my lightroomCC and PhotoshopCC have been produced test and zero day remained on the trial.  How can I get the app to accept my details.  I'm on Windows 8 with the latest versions of Adobe products.
