Creative cloud student &; teachers Edition
Hi, I bought the CC student & Teacher Edition (een jaar, prefaced schoon) Vervaldatum: March 27, 2017. But my CC always tells me that I have a trial version. I try to put in the acticationnumber, but it is already enabled. What should I do to activate it?

I bought the CC student & Teacher Edition. I've been running the desktop Adobe programs for 30 days, but now I can't use them more as Creative Cloud tells me that I have to buy a license. I tried to log out and back in again, but that has not worked. How can I get the programs, especially Photoshop CC, to work?
You need to reset the default Hosts file.
If its Windows 7, simply run Microsoft Fix tool, it resets Hosts by default automatically.
If its Windows 8 or later, you must reset it manually.
During allocation of host names, include it inside the "" mark as this "Hosts". Hosts file has no extensions like .txt or .exe.
To create a file without the extensions, you must include the name inside "" mark.

Once the host is reset, launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

I ordered "Creative Cloud student and teacher edition" with credit card.
Now I have "order number".
However when I try to my free trial Adobe first CC 2015 with my Adobe ID of the license, the message "no subscription found" comes.
I wonder that I need an additional process to activate my CC first 2015.
(I guess, I need some action to prove that I am a certified college student, but I'm not noticed anything on this subject.)
(I found verification measures in the other site "https://ide2.identit-e.com/adobe " and this applies to me too?)

The screen indicates that your one year subscription is registered, so you should be able to use your Adobe ID to install programs of cloud

I cancelled the "Creative Cloud student and teacher edition (one year)" on March 23. But the page shows the next pay day will be April 25. It is sure that my program has been canceled?

I have recently been getting told by Adobe that my annual plan for the "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition" was going to expire in five days and that I should update my payment information.
I understand that Adobe will automatically renew the plan once we entered my payment information, but how much will it cost to renew the plan?
I would also like to know when the payment info will be updated and when my plan will be renewed?

PROSITE trouble in Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition

I am an eligible student of British higher school of Art and Design and have been using
"Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition" for two years up to now.
The problem is that I have "Trial" as a status of ProSite in account information and he asks
me to buy other planes everytime I try to publish anything.
Can clarify you if I am eligible for ProSite feature?
My Adobe ID has been the same all the time I use Behance, so I guess that without having to
complicate things to try a different connection.
From now on, I cancelled my account ProSite and tried to re-registration, but still only "Trial".

Paid student accounts are eligible for free ProSite, but because there are so many different types of subscriptions that your school could buy (various offers of business), we will need to look at this more closely to see if you are subscribed to one is eligible for free ProSite or not. Submit academic proof for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition
I was contacted to validate my academic status for Creative Cloud student and Teacher Edition I bought via adobe.com on May 14, 2014. The education FAQ page (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing /education - faq.html) States:
' Submit your pro ". eligibility when you place your order. If you have an order in progress, click my orders in your Adobe account, then click on submit Prphew. »
However, when I go to the page my orders, there is no link saying 'submit the evidence '. I have my evidence readily available, but I am not sure how else I can submit it.
told me my subscription would be cancelled in if I couldn't prove my academic status within 14 days (he was sent July 2) and am still waiting for a response from Adobe taking care of the customer . So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The use of Lightroom Mobile is included with Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition?
I am registered in the creative Cloud student and Teacher Edition. However; 5.4 Lightroom on my mac has said that I can use Lightroom for mobile for a trial period of 30 days. It seems to me that my creative cloud membership allow me to use the Mobile with Lightroom. This is indeed the case?
Glad it works for some, however, having the same problem (still shows trial) after 10 days of back and forth with Adobe support - it appears LR Mobile IS NOT included with membership educational CC (not sure if buying through 3rd party had an effect or not). Documentation finally got, would have been nice if it was leaked with the release and technical support was aware - would have saved me many hours of troubleshooting.
