Creative cloud uninstaller

My office of creative cloud stopped responding a few days ago - could not close your session, quit... nothing. Finally started to work on its own, but even once, unresponsive. I decided to uninstall and install it again. for the whole day, it showed the uninstall is in progress. Finally, , I stopped it (forced quit), hoping that I can do it again. That I couldn't... He showed "creative cloud has been uninstalled with the error. I have installed and uninstalled again. It's 48 hours that uninstall is in progress.

If you have not tried steps below, try it once:


Restart the computer.

N ° 1)

Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

(Applications > Utiliites)

Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.

Step 2)

Trash Adobe Creative cloud folder from Applications as well.

Step 3)


(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .

(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

~/Library

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Step 4)

(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

/ Library

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 5)

Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."

Step 6)

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same:

Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.

Once the update is complete. He shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.

    Desktop application Adobe creative cloud cannot be uninstalled in silence if it was installed individually on the web. You can create a package for the creative desktop cloud application through creative cloud package and installation with the Installer package. You can uninstall the application in silent mode in this way and you can use the command msiexec /x 'package.msi file name' / SB

    Can you please try and restart your machine and then check? If nothing happens, please navigate to tools > Adobe installers to find Creative cloud installer or go to Applications > creative cloud > uninstaller Creative Cloud and then uninstall the product from there.

    Once completed the uninstall, see Creative.adobe.com and then reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    Hello! I'm on a Mac, and my creative cloud app worked intermittently for a few months, but now has stopped working entirely. It shows a completely blank white screen. I tried uninstall creative cloud and this message: failed to désinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need.

    I also tried to rename opm.db in the Adobe OOBE directory in folder Application Support of Utilties, and then logging into the desktop application. I tried the same thing again and the computer restart and still have the white screen of CC.

    I am ready to uninstall/reinstall applications if it is listed... Please let me know the best route to take!

    If you have bad to start the creative Cloud Desktop application and the application shows a spinning wheel of progress or a blank white screen (or otherwise does not open), try the solutions below in the order. If a solution works, you don't need to try the next solution.

    I had to buy the full range of CC, but it is impossible to install the apps I need because of the Cloud Desktop designer crashing this way during installation.     As you mentioned that you cannot uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, I recommend you use the uninstaller available in what follows to remove it:uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

    Once uninstalled follow "Solution 2" given in what follows a link and then reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud:error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.
