Creative cloud version of InDesign as loading test
I put down the credit card and bought the deal of creative cloud. I had a version of CS6, who was the trial. When I downloaded the NEW version of InDesign Creative cloud and tried running it asked me SIGN IN REQUIRED. I clicked on that and he says, ADOBE InDesign CC Trial (even though I had paid for the software). I clicked on the LICENSE OF THE SOFTWARE and it asks for a serial number. There is no serial number for the creative cloud (CC).
I had 4 tech calls within a few hours. One used a software "cloud clenaning" on my computer remotely. It also uninstalled CS6. I went by uninstalling Adobe Creative Cloud App and InDesign CC... then reinstalled them both. NO LUCK. THIS REALLY, REALLY SUCKS.
4 technical support calls and no chance freaken... but you have my money Adobe.
WOW... After all the frustration ONE guy finally fixed the problem remotely. He went in Macintosh HD / Private / etc / hosts
'hosts' was the name of the file. He went in and deleted or messed with a bunch of stuff that was there and wham, it worked.

Compatibility will depend on the application. InDesign example must be registered via IDML. But it will be the responsibility of the Creative Cloud user to take care of that for the most part.

I suggest you post in the different instances of the application to find the details on compatibility.
Do not forget that the creative cloud will become more inconsistent with the CS6 and earlier versions, as time passes and the features are added to the software.

- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/ < user name >/folder/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE - Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db

I'm just getting started with adobe creative cloud. I hace low loaded Media Encoder CC 2015 as well as first Pro CC 2015, but when every time I select apps in the app it says "download error please aontact costomer support". Still is no longer under active development. CS6 again was the last published version.
CS6 applications are always available as part of a creative cloud membership. Yet is installed in first install Premiere Pro CS6, which includes Encore CS6.

I managed to uninstall my acrobat pro, but my adobe application manager seems to think that I still have it. I do not see how to download it from adobe and re install. Can anyone help? I spent many hours trying to get my creative cloud version to run after the license of first years has failed. It was a bit of a nightmare and sie Adobe is not easy to get help from.
I spent a few hours trying to untangle a redemption code. I dropped so uninstalled acrobat, because he is no longer works apparently. I managed to find out how to buy a new redemption code for creative cloud through the Institute where I exposed, but now I can't get a download for my acrobat, one that will work on my macbook pro 2010 running 10.6.8
Navigation in the adobe site was not easy and not very impressed in terms of achieving support for the problems and responses so far. Only no reply emails usually that means logging in time and time again.

Thanks to all of you who tried to help him. I thank can I have managed to sort it out. It seems that I can not have uninstalled initially, but I could not access the program and all my pdfs, opens in preview. I found another uninstall program that seems to have done the trick as my adobe application manager is now let me download.
I hope it will do the trick and my thanks to all who responded. Bravo guys. I hope that I won't make the same mistake next year ;-)

Office of creative cloud on my mac (at the opening of the menu) is stuck in the loading and when I try to uninstall, it says that there are always creative cloud applications. When I push on uninstall for these applications, a menu appears indicating that the adobe application manager is required to uninstall, but when this new download on the site and the installation, I get an error code 86; another version of the creative cloud is running.
Have you tried to uninstall using Uninstaller CC?

ICH habe die Testversion von Adobe InDesign downloaded recently. Somehow kam're aber dazu, dass dieses Programm von meinem laptop Debby wurde wieder. Beim Versuch Rubis herunterzuladen alles works actually, bis zum Download Adobe Creative Cloud kommt von're, wo das Fenster mit dem Grünen Balk kurz before're verschwindet wird voll. ICH weiss nicht, was ich jetzt tun soll und kenne mich mit sowas leider nicht aus...
