Creative cloud won't let me install acrobat

Acrobat XI says corrupted files.  Uninstall.

Now I can't install it.  Said to day

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

    Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 5)

    Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

    Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."

    I uninstalled Acrobat Pro and now it won't let me not re-install. In creative cloud, says that it is up-to-date.

    Please rename the ffc to ffc_old of the below mentioned the situation and try to uninstall creative cloud

    -Win: %ProgramData%\Adobe\OOBE\ffc

    -Mac: / Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc

    Then try to install the creative cloud.

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    It will open the Appdata folder.

    Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. OOBE folder and delete "' Opm.db ' file."

    Mac:

    Force quit all processes of Activity Monitor Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, Armsvc, AAMUpdater... etc.

    Applications > utilities > activity monitor.


    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

    ~/Library

    It will open the folder of the user's library.

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and Opm.db bin file.

    Once you had deleted Opm.db file, launch Adobe Creative Cloud app and sign and select.

    I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.

    If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

    We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

    I hope this fixes things for you!  If it doesn't, please let us know your operating system and version, as well as the steps how you feel.

    This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

    If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator. There must be at least an administrator account for which a person should know the password for the connection. It would be preferable that you are pursuing this through the communities of Support from Apple: Apple - Support - Discussions - Forum Home
