Adobe Creative cloud won't let me uninstall or install a new version

Creative cloud refuses to uninstall when I go to "uninstall programs" under the pretext that there is "still applications on this computer that require cloud creative adobe" when there are most certainly not because I don't install the program (Adobe Photoshop CS6) and I had it before CC (and last time I uninstalled CC I got this program and the CC has not used the demanding programs she excuse) I want to just uninstall and reinstall as I have it tries to use the aftermath of the trial but he States after effects is installed and will not let me install, also since then try to uninstall CC it will no longer let me use it whatsoever indicating that it is missing files :/ Please help as I need access to this emergency.

Please rename the ffc to ffc_old of the below mentioned the situation and try to uninstall creative cloud

-Win: %ProgramData%\Adobe\OOBE\ffc

-Mac: / Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc

Then try to install the creative cloud.

    I have an old Photoshop CS3 install, install a newish Lightroom and now I need to install the first of my Adobe ID work. I think that this may be the crux of the problem.     OK, thanks for the update KBaird.  I'm curious about the results, but the option you have chosen is probably the fastest.

    In general, I recommend only migration of documents and settings and reinstall all applications directly.  Sometimes the migration can occur successfully more often if they lead difficult to solve errors regarding Adobe Creative applications.

  • Creative cloud for teams - second computer will only install as trial version

    My company bought Creative Cloud for teams. I use a Mac at work and have installed without any problem there. However, at home, I use a PC (Windows 7) and I tried several times to connect to my creative cloud account and download programs so I can work at home, but every time it loads only programs such as trial versions.

    I tried several troubleshooting options with no luck:

    • Click on the sign in the window of the trial - but he asked me just a serial number which I did of course not.
    • I asked my IT dept work to remove and return my seat invitation, which they did, but it does not solve the issue.
    • I asked my work COMPUTER dept to check with the dealer we bought Creative Cloud for teams to know if there is any restrictions or parameters that used to allow to install on a second computer but they said it should be good.
    • My teammates to work have installed on their Mac home without any problems, there seems to be only a PC problem.
    • I have previously on my computer but uninstalled everything CS6 in the case where this caused the conflict - but it does not solve the problem of CC.
    • I uninstalled and used the Adobe cleaning tool, then reinstalled but it doesn't work - the hearing days still held countdown.
    • I uninstalled again, use a registry cleaning tool (clean base registry, temporary files, files temporary browser etc), used the cleaning tool Adobe (just to make cleaner) and removed all traces of Adobe from my machine. I reinstalled Creative Cloud Application manager, installed Acrobat to try it. This time, the hearing days returned to 30 (instead of zero). I clicked the "sign" button in, it connect but always requires a serial number.

    I tried contacting Adobe via chat but we told him after that some time I would need to talk to Tech Support. My discussions with the Technical Support Adobe in the past have not been successful, so I thought I would ask the forum as my last-ditch attempt to solve this problem.
