Creative cloud won't let me not re-install Acrobat Pro

I uninstalled Acrobat Pro and now it won't let me not re-install. In creative cloud, says that it is up-to-date.

It's like if you have to reset it in creative cloud then it will allow me to re - install.

    Please rename the ffc to ffc_old of the below mentioned the situation and try to uninstall creative cloud

    -Win: %ProgramData%\Adobe\OOBE\ffc

    -Mac: / Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/ffc

    Then try to install the creative cloud.

    This is because you deleted the app not uninstalled Ps. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

    Run the cleanup tool to remove Ps CC:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . Restart the computer and then try to reinstall the Ps.

    If it does not please let me know, I would try to solve on a logon session.

    Complete all processes of Adobe Task Manager as the creative cloud, CoreSync, Armsvc, AAMUpdater... etc.

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    It will open the Appdata folder.

    Then go to the Local > Adobe > OOBE. OOBE folder and delete "' Opm.db ' file."

    Mac:

    Force quit all processes of Activity Monitor Adobe as creative cloud, CoreSync, Armsvc, AAMUpdater... etc.

    Applications > utilities > activity monitor.


    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

    It will open the folder of the user's library.

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and Opm.db bin file.

    Here also to inform you that in case you are on Windows 7 32 bit OS, LR is not compatible with that.

  • Uninstalled Flash Builder due to errors.  App Manager won't let me not re-install.

    I am running OSx Lion 10.7.5.  I have installed creative cloud and Flash Builder 4.6 running of an older purchase.  I installed 4.7 and there was an error with the project not made Explorer and throw errors in java.  I used the uninstall program with Flashbuilder to remove the application, and that I would try to re - install.  However, the Applications Adobe handler I have FB installed and up to date.  So I now can not re - install.  Why is the unsynchronized cloud and think that I still have a version to update on my system?  In addition, how to reslove this problem?

    Secondly, regarding the error of Flash Builder, I have the same apps installed on my Windows machine.  I came across a problem like this when trying to open a workspace FB 4.6 with 4.7.  I was able to point to a new workspace, and to solve the problem, but it does not work on my mac, so that's why I decided to uninstall it, and then try again.
