• The creative cloud to Desktop App can only be installed on my Macbook pro

  I bought the Photoshop + Lightroom creative cloud applications. I can download the installion for Cloud Barnard for the desktop app and I can start the installation process, but it is interrupted at halfway through with a message saying "have encountered the following problem: creative cloud desktop could not be installed.   Rename the folder OOBE with OOBEOLD (Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder)

  Run the Adobe cleaner ( http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/support/AdobeCreativeCloudC leanerTool.dmg )

  Remove the Adobe application Manager/Adobe Creative cloud.

  Restart the computer and redownload Adobe Creative cloud and install it.

  Moving to the cloud creative download & install

  Hello Stephen,

  Please follow the steps below:

  Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4:

  Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

  http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

  Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

  It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

  I noticed that the avatar of creative cloud had dimmed in the bar of the finder. When I opened it, it asked me to accept the new contract.   I have a feeling that you might be looking for them in the wrong place. When you open a work plan in Dixit or CC of Photoshop, you should see the brushes in the libraries Panel. I have attached an image (ignore the fact that my brushes is all grayed out; they are saved for Sketch) which shows where to get them. Is it in the same place you are trying to access?
