Credentials of the AP

Today that we have upgraded the software WLC and WCS of our system to version 5 (later). Unfortunately, we run in strange behavior.

A specific problem are the credentials of the AP.

When you go to an access point via a controller that we see that "ride too global ceredentials" is checked, and a strange user name appears; E ep

When we take a glance to the AP, even through the WCS, this option is not enabled.

When we try to uncheck the option via the WLC we get the error;

Cannot remove AP configured at the global level.

We are not able to configure a name for username/password global of credentials of the AP. There is always some sort of error message.

Everyone's experience with this and be able to help?

TAC has found my problem. You can't have a symbol in your passwords. So if the documentation indicates that you need at least 1 uppercase, lowercase, 1 1 number and 1 special in your password character... He forgot to mention that you can not use ' @ ' as one of your special charecters.

If you do not use a "@" in your password try to change any of the other special charecters you use something else. There could be other undocumented special tank he dislikes.

See you soon,.

Just bought a HP1102w to work with a wireless network in a kitchen environment.  The printer must be small and we are limited on the available ports, but have a strong wireless provided through Unifi APs

During the installation of the printer for use on a wireless network, the installation tool lists all the WiFi networks available in the field correctly, but when you select the the computer is also connected too, I finally get an error indicating that the printer is unable to obtain the credentials of the router.  The only option I seem to have is either leave the ge the crenditals printer automatically or let me manually.

Even by selecting the manual option, I can enter the SSID manually but not where give me an option to enter my password.  I guess that's the reason that its failure, so how the hell can I manually enter my password so I can maintain a secure wifi network?

Mark this one resolved. I went instead to select the advanced option, which allows you to enter the SSID manually, I selected the auto option and it seems to work very well.

It seems odd that I can't manually put in my IDs of wifi point, but this has never been an option.

    Hi all

When you try to extend my domain, it fails with the above error.

    any suggestions on a fix?

is this related to the Fusion Infrastructure ADF RCU utility?

    Thank you

    Hi JCGO,.

Installed on your DB schema is 12.1.2.0.0, but the Extension of domain requires 12.1.3.0.0.

One solution is to run the 12.1.3.0.0 UCR, fall of the existing on your DB schema followed by installation 12.1.3.0.0 on the DB schema, so that the extension of area Gets the 12.1.3.0.0 schema

Something more is to open the template on which you spread the field. The models are present in ${MW_HOME} / oracle_common/common/models/wls, explore requirements inside the yourtemplate.jar and comment out the store schema version prerequisite credentials. This is not a good approach, but again, it's going to be a good solution since the schema 12.1.2.0.0 and 12.1.3.0.0 won't much difference.

  • Credentials in the browser can be changed in the Affairs of the catalyst

    Hello!

IN-BROWSER-MOUNTING is a really cool service, but it seems there is absolutely critical to this.

Sharing the test site means to me, communicate the url to someone, if he can have a look on the real site through, for example: myproject.businesscatalyst.com/ or even on my own server, e. g. www.myproject.com/ with no other possibility of interaction.

But I want to open the door for the customer to change the texts itself, as on the video of Dani Beaumont "Of Katie coffee" / www.katiesbakerycafe.com. Here's the clip:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Muse/how-to/site-owners-edit-live-sites.html

And here's another clip from the same section:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Muse/how-to/Muse-in-browser-site-editing.html

Now, if I host the site on my own server, things are quite clear: I am setting up for my client ftp access.

But if I host the site on Business Catalyst, things seem so clearly more.

Katie wants to change details such as his dishes of the day and things like pictures of his bakery. For this purpose, if she needs to log - in the administration of the site. I was chatting with the MUSE support this morning and they suggested that I should share my credentials for the client (Katie) so that it can log - in the project and change things online. Hmm...

But I don't think that Dani Beaumont, like me, would like to share credentials of its Adobe product manager with Katie. Would she be?

Support: Yes, you can share the url, but for editing, you have to share credentials

Me: "Sandwich" of Tom and above the road would not be as Katie to have access to its files projects Dani also works.

I can't believe really that adobe suggests to our own credentials, i.e. working with and even produce this a creative cloud massive security problem. I hope not. Well, actually, I think I missed something. Or I don't?

    Advice would be much appreciated!

    G

    Hello

Rather than share your credentials, you'll want to add "Katie" as a user of the Business Catalyst site. There is a direct link to "Add to the edition of the users browser" in the dialog box that appears when Publish is complete.

The same page is accessible by selecting the file > menu to manage the Business Catalyst Site in Muse, then selecting the Site settings (in the Business Catalyst page that opens in the browser) > Admin users.

    Hey Joe,

    /usr/java/JDK1.6.0_27/bin/Java-Dapex.home=/U01/Oracle/product/apex_listener/conf-jar /u01/oracle/product/apex_listener/apex.war

Right. You must pass this parameter each time that you start your APEX listener, because, as I intend to clarify before, demand would not have any chance to know where it's home would be if you do not pass this parameter.
What I wanted to say, is that you must enter configuration (pictures, usernames and passwords) just after the initialization of the base directory, which is the first time you call APEX listener using this path. Later, you can run APEX listener in the background (referring to a proper home directory).

  • IRM 11 g and the credentials of the AD

    Hello

I have configured an AD authentication provider in WebLogic in order to AD users can use IRM. But I would like to know if the credentials of the user to the AD are stored in Weblogic or users must authenticate to AD when using Oracle IRM.

If this is the first case, how these credentials are stored? And where? I'm a little concerned about safety. I searched in the WebLogic documentation, but I have not seen this clear.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

I am an engineer of MRI my information is therefore a small 2nd hand but as far as I know (and I did some checking so I'm pretty sure about that), the server never WebLogic retrieves passwords from the provider of the user. He can get other information such as username, email or even custom metadata but I understand that it does not store the password. The cache is used to store the user information after a successful authentication happened so that additional information can be used if necessary.

At least, that is my understanding.

    Kind regards
    Frank.

  • How can I get the username field to automatically populate when asked to enter my credentials for the admin?

I'm under El Capitan version 10.11.5. This is mac from my employer, which they made me an administrator for. On my mac personal home, the user name field is automatically filled in when the box appears asking an administrator user name and password, but on mac from my employer, I have to type at a time, whenever he appears.

I can't find an option in the auto-complete settings and for the mac save my admin username it when you request permissions. Anyone else know how to change this?

    Maybe this needs a clarification:

IF you are connected to a user admin "Your Own" account, and you are prompted for an admin password,

Well, your user name will already be pre filled in the user name field, waiting for your own admin password, on the account that you are already connected.

BUT, if another user is connected to their own user account, and a dialog box appears asking an admin password,

Well, this pop-up dialog box will be empty if the current user is not an admin, or pre populated with the user name if the current user is an administrator.

So, NO, I'm not aware anyway to do a random OTHER admin appears automatically in the box pop up when another user is logged on their different user account.  On your personal Mac at home, you are connected to your own account, (most likely, you are the admin), and when a box pop up on your own account is displayed asking admin credentials, your own user name will appear here.

  • SAN HQ of credentials for the server

I'm a bit confused as the HQ SAN server credentials...  I have installed and configured a new HQ SAN excecution 3.1.0 Server everything is in place and running in parallel to our 3.0.1 existing server.  I can run the app and authenticate with my creds Domain Admin of the server no problem (ie: not lessened connection).

However, I installed the version of the client alone on my local machine (on a different domain).  When I run the application, I use the "run as" and use my creds admin area on the appropriate field.  However, this doesn't seem to be able to authenticate successfully with the 3.1.0 server.  So I find myself with the degraded connection.  error: "unable to establish a communication server. Please verify the credentials and try again.  Could not establish connection with the server; Check the credentials provided or contact the system administrator.  Apart from having degraded connection, everything seems to be speaking / communication.

Also BTW - works very well with the same client that connects to the old server running 3.0.1 - no problem same field, same configuration creds, etc..  Any ideas?

Found the question - firewall.  Correction of the problem allowed port TCP 8000 for domain as well as the public.

  • Unable to connect to the Agent to push with my credentials in the project PushCollector 10.1.

    Hi all!

I am trying to create a client application to push to go with my project that I am creating a customer and am trying to learn how the PushCollector 10.1 functions to do this. I seem to have a problem, however, where the application may not be able to connect to the Agent to push after entering my credentials sent by the Services of Blackberry Push team showing.

I logged into my account to make sure it is active and it is and have re-joined the AppID and the PPG URL 8 times literally!

What I read I don't need to change anything in the file bar.xml for the PushCollector, but maybe I missed something.

    Can someone help me please?

    Thanks for your time,

    Rob

Push requires a real device, so I think you have to find the cause of the problem.

I'm creating a blackberry java application. I have the Web service that is running on a server. It has a few references like username, password. I want to call this web services but not idea where can I put this identification information.

    Any idea.

the webservice call itself requires credentials? You can generally use basic http authentication then.
or the service method Web requires username/password? Then set you as attributes in the connection method.
