I can't buy apps in appworld. I always get an error that my transaction could not be processed. What I did to solve the problem so far:
1. new data on playbook. I tried to clear the cache of the appworld with implementation of keyboard and entering the RST. I'm not hot no message cache would have been deleted. 1 disconnect & reconnect to LTCC (office).
2 launch any product, it will throw an invitation to renew the subscription at the bottom, a "this software license" option will appear.
3 Please click on this it will ask you to sign & membership must be activated.
Note: the process works when the subscription is active & payment transaction is completed.

If you allowed them access to your PC, then it is a problem. I considered reinstalling my OS and change all my passwords. It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.
