  You can not activate Photoshop CS2 as long as obsolete Adobe product activation server. Instead, you will need to download a special version that uses a different serial number, and does not need activation. Note the serial number to the right of the product name. Your existing serial number will not work

  I have been successfully downloaded a trial version of CS4 from Adobe.  Now, I want to enter my license number to make it permanent. Nowhere I found a screen to do this.  I've looked everywhere on all programs.  I stop CS4 on my iMac old and removed my license number. If I go back to the old iMac a CS4 screen comes to restore my license. I expect a similar display at the opening of the trial version of CS4 on the Mac again. There's not. Please help, I don't want to lose CS4 in 30 days.

  Redemption codes have little to do with trial versions as far as treatment goes.  You normally use a redemption code to obtain a serial number, the serial number can then be used to activate the installed software.

  I had to reinstall my Premiere Pro CS4 (which was a downloaded update) on a new computer and install the free trial first. Now, after working with Adobe support and supposed to have been upgraded to full CS4, I get the error message: "additional codecs that do not appear in the Premiere Pro CS4 trial version must be installed." I try to update on the Help menu, but get the message that "there no update at this time."  Anyone have any ideas?
