  If these methods do not contribute to uninstall MediaGet2, you can download a 3rd party software program and then remove MediaGet2.

  Well, I really need Flash CS6, because Flash CC does not lower than Flash 10.3 publish and not publish AS2 specifications of what sites are demanding. That alone cause massive headaches.

  Well, the problem (no thanks to all of Adobe. I've been on "Live Chat" for an hour without help...) I 'had' a .dmg for Flash CS6 file and when I installed it I just clicked on 'I have a subscription.

  But the problem with Cloud Office Creative - there is too much trust on it (no alternative download option) and the software itself is flakey.   The serial number, we discussed via private message is valid.  I recommend to download a new copy of CS5 products downloadinstallation files.  If you continue to experience difficulties, then it is likely that there is a previous installation/migration licenses corrupt files that are originally allows you to receive the error of incorrect serial number.

  In this case, please uninstall Creative Suite 5 Design Standard and any other Adobe Creative software title.  Please follow this by the use of the CC cleaning tool to use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems.   I bought Lightroom 6 (retail DVD) and have used it for almost six months alongside the creative cloud desktop application that you must have to use Lightroom. But in recent days the Creative Cloud Desktop App was due to lack of to connect to the server so I uninstalled and cleaned everything with the Clean Up tool Adobe. I tried to download it again, but the progress bar will simply sit around 2% and finally the 207 error will pop up.

  I then uninstalled all my software Adobe (including Acrobat Reader DC) and represented the own tool upward. This time still Acrobat fails to download. Went to download the installation files complete and I reinstalled successfully all, but Lightroom will not be validated. I get the "unable to validate the serial number" and I can not connect to creative cloud either. I tried the repair tool access Adobe, but it came back with no file to repair. I also went through the stages of Advanced solutions in connection with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications errors and everything seems fine. I spent all day through the forums and even the search for solutions on Google but I'm not having much luck. The last thing I want to do right now is to format my hard drive and do a clean install of everything.

  I do not suspect a thing that may have caused this. I have installed software called CCleaner, it is a disk cleaner program that also has a registry cleaner feature (which basically removes any record that it considers should to be used). I don't have problems with other software, but it seems to affect Adobe products. I had a similar problem a few months back when the creative cloud would not connect so I did the whole uninstall and used the Adobe Clean Up tool, reinstalled and it solved the problem but this time, nothing seems to work.

  The machine I'm on is an Asus K501UX K501UX | Laptops | ASUS New Zealand with the Core i7 6500U, updated to 12 GB of ram and a 120 GB SSD + 1 TB HARD drive

  running on Windows 10 Pro. OS and all software are installed on the SSD drive
