  I followed the instructions for help to create a new preset.  Currently, the NTSC preset allows only 720 X 480 Hz Standard.  I clicked on the "New Preset" button and it will allow me to change the eligible areas, but it does NOT change the size of the image.  I tried to create a size of 320 X 240.  I also need to create an image size of 640 X 480 for a Flip Video camera.

  Anyone know how to change the size of the image on a new preset in first Elements 4?

  Are talking you about creating a project preset or a predefined action? And, if the latter, what category of shares, you are to create?

  It is not available to create a custom frame size preset, however, in the Premiere Elements.

  Remove the .mdlp of file name, so that it ends just .dmg.

  We are seeing this behavior with users who have installed of MathLab and we look at why this is happening.  FWIW, this happens to other software THAT DMG files as well, not only the installer of Flash Player.  For some reason when users have installed, MathLab when the DMG file is downloaded, it adds the extension .mdlp for her.  When users try to run it, rather than open with DiskImageMounter, which is what OS X uses to open DMG files, it opens using MATLAB and the result is what you posted.  In this case in the future, simply remove ".mdlp" from the file name and DiskImageMounter will open the DMG, instead of Matlab.

  I have a legal copy of CS5.5 Master Collection for Windows on my PC.  It is installed on an SSD, mapped to the B drive for speed.  Just purchased and downloaded CS6 Production Premium for Windows.  Entered the serial number, but the installer could not find the installation of MC CS5.5 (itself an upgrade to a version full of CS5 MC) so he prompted me to the S/N of a qualifying product.  I entered my CS5.5 MC S/N, and the installer says that it is not a product calling.  What gives, and how do I solve this problem and get the CS6 switch to run?   You are partially right.  I contacted Adobe support and they were able to help me with a special code.  Of course, it's sort of downgrade (but I use no more product non-ProdPro like InDesign) but it is legal and I did qualify for the upgrade price.  Choices in Setup included CS 5.5 MC, so that Setup is misprogrammed so that is not supposed to happen.  So now I moved on, no worries.

  I got CS6 on my laptop when I had WIN Vista, ive recently went to WIN 7 and I try to re install CS6, but now my dvd rom wont read any of the 3 discs of CS6. Ive tried a music disk and it reads that I see any scratches on any of the 3-disc accompanying the CS6.

  I really don't think it's disks that play to the top, when I installed first CS6 they went from the cover to the right dvdrom in the covers.  No errors come at all. I put the disc, the computer thinks for a few seconds then nothing.

  Any ideas?

  Have you tried to read what's on the disc to see if you can find the files that start the installation process?
