custom CS3 intall... license problem
tried a new installation of cs2 and it will not activate... I tried installing cs3 and it install it on win 7. Any ideas?

About CS2, Adobe has disabled the activation for CS2 applications server. Follow the steps in this document: error: "Activation Server unavailable". CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3, or download a replacement here: download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products.
About CS3, as Shipti says, sharing a specific error message or a screenshot will help the community resolve your problem. This can also be useful: error message during installation. CS3.

CS3 Premium install license problem
I disabled CS3 on my old machine and installed on the new machine. I entered the code of licese and a second screen appears asking for the serial number of the software that I'm upgrading. It was not purchased an upgrade. Last time I moved the software to another computer (a few years ago), I called Adobe and they told me that some keys to the press and the code to enter. Now, they will not take my call and chat person advised to post here. I hope you can help!

Dreamweaver CS6 license problem
Hello, I bought some time ago a license for Adobe Dreamweaver CS6
The thing is that I change computer almost every 6 months because my company is changing their latest hardware so now I have problems activating my license. When I try to activate it says my license has been activated too many times and will not let me activate it again

It did not work.
Now I try the Solution 2: run the licensing repair tool
I get to step 5g and type:

I get my PW.
Then, I always get an error that reads:

Just FYI for anyone else who might have this problem:
- I never had Adobe patch to the continued work to get the error messages like above.
- In desperation, I just deleted everything that I could find on my computer relating to the APS CS3 and reinstalled using the original disk. Everything works fine now!

Mac 5.5 Design Premium, license problem
Current problem:
My Adobe product does not open and this is after he asked the serial nummber whenever I try to open a product of Adobe creative suite 5.5 I paid for twice this month, hoping it was a corrupt serial number. I suspect now the files cached which are courupting my contact details.
Please help me, I feel so desperate. I uninstalled with App Zapper too hoping that would solve the problem.

January 11, 2012 I regularly update my billing information as the business credit card has been replaced. I went on your website to edit Billing Online. Your site came up with an error and says I have to contact the customer service. So I rang upward, waited in expectation of the subject 28minutes. Then, they changed my account details manually. I thought that the problem had been resolved so I can re - enter the number of series renewed and now it says I have a problem with the license. I can't do any work. So I remember another hold nearly half an hour on. After that, we try to remove the cached file. He tells me to uninstall the software, then reinstall it and then we become disconnected and it is not remembered. So I'll finish before you uninstall and reinstall the software only to get the same problem.
So I call back another 30 minutes of waiting. Then talk to someone else, they want to uninstall me and reinstall again so that takes another 45 minutes and, of course, he still has the same problem of license, even though I told him that it was exactly the same share for be admin this time.
So now, I talk to my boss, allows in-despair that we just buy another copy and new serial number, new download link. But wait another error on the site not to let me do it myself, I have to call the customer service. I speak to Maxx and after waiting for nearly half an hour and just as we confirm what we have unplugged, I get calls once again.
I now wait about 20 minutes, then another 18 minutes to hold when I get transferred to the specialist subscriptions. They can cancel my account, but they can't buy another for me because they have the wrong IP address and so it will fail. So now I have no software, and we run a weekly magazine, so we will print every week and I'm already a day behind and it is now 15:30 and I've been on the phone for so long, so that no one else could use it. It should have been easy, your website should work for everybody even people in New Zealand, you should have a better service of appeal and I should have give my details over and over again. No one understood my kiwi accent and I had to spell all alpha beta so painful ect. I also hate your call waiting music I listened for more than 3 hours or something. I had to beat angry emotion because you can only cry on your birthday at work.
So I expect a refund for subscription and a letter of apology, but I also want you to improve your service because it is so terrible. I hope that no one else will never support your appeal, waiting times or hold music for more than 3 hours in a single day and trying to give coordinates to people who do not understand.
This has upset my work day and my week is going to be really screwed now.
If this new download software does not work, I think I have to go to work on another computer. It is a huge concern.

Thank you for your feedback! Support finally corrected it for me.
Adobe has a technical error in which New Zealanders sometimes cannot check the Software Design Suite Premium 5.5 on subscription (and possibly other products).
THE SOLUTION: YOU JUST RESET THE ZONE TO AMERICA! (so simple but so stupid)
That they forced me to do first:
Log in as an administrator, close all Applications.
Delete put cache files in my HD--> Library--> Application Support---> Adobe--> Adobe PCD--> then delete cache.db - clear Trash
(Run a disk utility checks on HD don't know if this is necessary)
Make sure the software Adobe has "Read and write" permissions on Admin and account users.
Change the time zone to America and block it.
Restart the computer
Check the time zone is always America
Access with serial number software.
It should work now!
Reset the time zone in New Zealand

Get error 3313 when trying to ask the customer the drm license

When I try to get the license from the license server for Flash access, event DRMEvent.DRM_STATE_CHANGE gives me an error with the id of the error 3313. The side server returns the license successfully, it seems that the clent has some difficulties to manage the license. By checking the runtime error document, 3313 refes to "write in the file system failed." Does this mean that customer has problem with the registration of the license locally? How can I solve this problem?
This issue 3313 is caused by using old f4fpackager and have a long license code. New update package manager might solve this problem.

Page layout in V11 license problem

Did you put your license file in the installation directory or elsewhere?
You can if you put it in the installation directory:
1. move the license out of the installation file
2. open the software. It will put you in the configuration dialog of the licences where you can press set location.
3 browser to the new license file location and select the license.
4 restart the design environment and see if the problem is corrected.

There is no problem in changing the CPU, the operating system will recognize a new one. I have rarely seen after a replacement motherboard Windows would not recognize the product key, I think you just re-enter the case.

Windows 7 Reacondicionador user license problems
We have acquired 6 laptops Dell Latitude E5500 to a Microsoft Reacondicionador (local non-profit) to use in the Recovery Center for our young men (also non-profit) to increase their skills and knowledge. The portable computers came loaded with Win 7 Pro and Office 2010 H & B. Any windows low altitude had been implemented of the security passwords. (Level of knowledge and skills of the provider is, in a couple of conversations, or even lower than mine, which not very well.)
I went through the software and ensured that it is AUSTRALIAN locale to spelling. I also went online updates of Microsoft and later to Dell software updates to the driver.
I then tried to create a Standard user and to set a password for the Admin account. When I reboot, and when I am logged into the Admin account, I got the same result: a red circle with a white inside X and 'OK' in a box. OK lead to a life normal sign on screen showing the Admin and the new account, but there is no picture/logo in the new user box and the chosen username has not shown to be. When I clicked on the new user, I was introduced to two fields: username and password. These filling correctly worked, as did selecting the Admin account and entering the password. (With users who are still rehab and trying to adapt to life in what is effectively a halfway house opposes giving them access to computers that are not protected by Word.) Similarly they have access to their phones during the first weeks.)
I tried to get the accounts invited working, with the same result.
Reference Dell continue to say they are looking at it - for two weeks so far.
It seems to me that Microsoft Refurb of Windows 7 versions can not easily allow multiple users. But it is not logical for me.
We have found the money to buy the laptops. This will really be a pity if we cannot use them.
All suggestions will be appreciated.

We have 100 AP on WCS base license. In our network, we have Cisco Aironet 1242AG AP series 75.
But WCS give an error like ' % of AP Licenses used: Violation. "
When you look at the number of AP, we see that there is a record of two for each access point. One of them is 802. 11A, the other is 802. 11 b / g but AP name is the same for both archives.

Ah - the solution is to go in monitor-> access points and click New search. Search ALL of your AP not associated and remove them. I noticed the same thing on my controllers. If you look in the monitor or configure lists, you see that the number of AP looks right. But if you add the AP to a floor plan, you will see all the extras (in my case, AP, which had been renamed by default). Then, I made all my AP have been renamed and remove all identifying unnamed PA and my number of licenses is fine.
