  • SD card connection problem

    Hi all

I have a problem running an example downloaded with the BlackBerry Java plug-in for Eclipse. Not running the project is "SQLiteDemo".

The problem lies in the following lines of code:

    You are right!

Well, if you run the application with the Simulator, it throws an exception because the SD card is not inserted. If you ignore this message and click the icon of the application again, it works great!

You may need to set up, better than me, the Simulator because the application runs at the start of the Simulator.

My goal is achieved, I created and encrypted my own database using sqlite and I stored the db file in the SD card.

  • Tecra S1 - Vodafone 3 G card data - error 797 problems

I installed a 3G data card and the Vodafone software on a Tecra S1 Windows XP runnig. When I click on "Connect" software Vodafone, it returns a message "Error 797 the modem could not be found" .

In settings network - the 3G connection that the software creates has a red cross through it and says device not found - even if it is listed in the Modems in the control panel and can be queried.

I have re-installed the card and the software several times. The card works on any other laptop I try, but not this one. Anyone know if this is a known issue with the Tecra S1? More important, a fix! -It starts to become really annoying.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

As far as I know computers laptops with processors HTT have problems with cards Vodafone but your Tecra S1 has no processor HTT. Did you already try to disable the modem of Toshiba and try to use only a Vodafone card? I guess that you have properly installed the card and use it after Vodafone dashboard software.

  • Sat Pro A60 - screen backlight turns off after the connection with the Vodafone 3g data card

I have a Sam Pro A60 which took a mounted Vodafone 3g data card. It connects OK data card but then the screen becomes 'empty' you can see the icons if you get the light from the window in the right direction, but permanently unusable.

A reboot and the screen comes back. Are there keys, I can try to put light or ideas to test if it's a hardware or software problem?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

It s a very strange problem. But I'll try my best ;)

I noticed a similar problem on my second book. The display light didn't stop but the blue screen of death (BSOD) appeared and I could not continue my work.

After a lengthy investigation, I found some useful tips.
Someone told me that I have to disable HT technology (Hyper-Threading Technology) in the system BIOS settings.

    It's a key!

As I remember the Satellite Pro A60 also supports this Hyper-Threading Technology.
You can disable this function in the Toshiba HWSetup tool, in the CPU tab.

Check it out and maybe it's a key as in my case.

    Dude good luck

    Left OneDrive forum Windows 8.

    Hi Krishnan,

What operating system is installed on the PC?  I am currently moving to forum Windows 8.

It seems to be a problem with the software installed for the device or third-party software is in conflict with this device.  Mobile engineering does not (not confirmed) seems to be a software provided with this unit.

Kindly, follow these methods and check if that helps.

    Method 1:
    Troubleshooting of hardware and devices
The hardware and devices troubleshooter can detect and correct errors and incorrect settings in devices. You can view these steps to run this utility for troubleshooting:
    a. press the Windows key + X set, select Control Panel
    b. change the option on the top right large icons view
    c. click Troubleshooting , and then click show all on the left panel
    d. run the hardware and devices Troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Method 2:
If that does not help, please uninstall Mobile engineering and then try to configure Mobily connect 4G data card.

To uninstall the software, follow these steps.
    a. press Windows key + X set and then click CControl Panel.

    b. under the notice of:, choose large icons and then tap or click programs and features.

    c. click on the software and then click on uninstall. Follow the instructions on the screen.

    See the article:
Uninstall, change or repair a program

I would also say to post you your query in the Mobily Connect support forum.

  • BlackBerry classic classic BlackBerry 4G data connection problem

    Hello people,

I just bought the classic BB, and I must say that it is a great device (much better then the Android I had before).

I have only 1 problem. Standard (T-Mobile) connection is 4G. This means:

    (1) I can use the phone to make calls

    (2) it can send and receive data

The problem I have is that several times a day he spends in 4g, which means that I can call only, but the transfer of data is no longer possible.

I can solve it by going to "network settings", search for the connection, and then click 4G.

Maybe the connection is lost sometimes, which is causing the problem, but I don't know why he is not automatically pick the best connection.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    It's pretty boring.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Walk

I know its been a while!

In fact, I found a solution to this problem.

It was something to do with conflict with the WIFI. I turned off the wifi and the data connection back, then turn on the wifi when necessary.

I have an unlimited plan now is not a problem, but nevertheless a faff!

  • PROBLEMS WITH 3G DATA CARD OR GPRS CARDS - 10 ERROR MESSAGE

Hi all, just found this Mobile tech support 3. If you try to install a 3G data card or any other card GPRS, before we do, please go to the control panel > system > hardware devices and disable the Toshiba Blue Tooth device. Next, install your datacecard/GPRS card.

Once you have installed your GPRS card / Data, you can then re-enable your blue tooth.

The reason is that blue tooth comms channel will be hogging the resources for that.

Thanks to Peter @ 3 Mobile tech for this support.

I started using a vodafone data card to access the internet, but if I connect the screen goes black and I can't see anything, can I do to solve this problem.

    Hello frome

In my opinion you should at first contact Vodafone support and ask them if this problem is known or not. If you use Toshiba devices try to contact manufacturer first. They have more experience in troubleshooting.
