  This means that your SIM is not provisioned for BlackBerry services... which is obvious as your request to cancel your BlackBerry data plan. To delete "Data Connection Refused' on top of your device go Options -> Mobile network -> Data Service: Off.

Z10 BlackBerry supports the GPRS of BSNL service provided but I am not able to use internet services please help

  Hello everyone!

  I intend to build a web application for the BlackBerry Z10 with which you can scan bar codes for inventory management. For this I use a KDC200 Bluetooth laser scanner barcode. I've used this scanner barcode with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 and a Java application using the net.rim.device.api.bluetooth.BluetoothSerialPortListener. The scanner was then developed the SPP (Serial Port Profile) mode and this solution worked well.

  Now with the Z10 BlackBerry, I connect the Bluetooth bar code scanner as a HID device because the PSP seems to be taken in charge by the Z10 (?). With PSP no connection can be established at all. This type of connection setting (HID/SPP) can be switched on the scanner device. When the scanner is connected as a HID, the value of the scanned bar code is correctly written in the input field focus on the BlackBerry. But now, there is a downside: as long as the HID scanner is connected, touch virtual keyboard of the Z10 is disabled and does not appear when you tap on an input field - in any application.

  These input methods (HID vs virtual keyboard) are mutually exclusive, or is at - it a way to get the virtual keyboard works while the HID scanner is connected?   Have you tried the Salvation two fingers?  Swipe up from the bottom of the screen with two fingers to open the keyboard.  I found that this worked when the keyboard was unable to present themselves on the fields of entry on some websites.

  I suspect that, if the phones that you run your application on are corporate devices, you are already using MDS.

  The network transport tutorial tells you to force your connection to use BES/MDS, you add the suffix of connection '; deviceside = false '.  Also most devices, if you do not add a suffix of connection, automatically connect via BES/MDS in any case.  But for this connection works, you must have a device of the company and the company needs to run the Service of SDM of Blackberry on BES.  I think that all businesses run they MDS, because this is the usual mechanism of support the browser on the BlackBerry device too.

  I bought a unlocked BB Z10. After that I went home, had a micro SIM so I just skipped this step. I was playing around with my camera and after that I found the update option in the settings I have improved the device to the 10.2.1.1925 OS version and the version of the 10.2.1.537 software.

  The second day I went to my cell phone provider (Orange Romania) and got a new SIM card for my device.   Thanks for your comment. As mentioned in my post, I was really frustrated. However, I found a solution by logging into "another home WiFi". When I went to my friend, I tried its wifi at home, then all of a sudden, was able to connect to the BlackBerry server. I don't know the reason why it does not connect with my wifi at home but working with her wifi at home.

  If all BB users encounter a 50504 error message, I encourage them to try "another connention WiFi" for example a friend home WiFi, WiFi, etc.

  I just bought the classic BB, and I must say that it is a great device (much better then the Android I had before).

  I have only 1 problem. Standard (T-Mobile) connection is 4G. This means:

  (1) I can use the phone to make calls

  (2) it can send and receive data

  The problem I have is that several times a day he spends in 4g, which means that I can call only, but the transfer of data is no longer possible.

  I can solve it by going to "network settings", search for the connection, and then click 4G.

  In fact, I found a solution to this problem.

  It was something to do with conflict with the WIFI. I turned off the wifi and the data connection back, then turn on the wifi when necessary.

  I have an unlimited plan now is not a problem, but nevertheless a faff!
