  Try running chkdsk from the recovery console and then try to make the disk fragmentation.

  Note: /r locates bad sectors and recovers readable information. When you run the checkdisk, there are risks of data loss you can take a backup before starting the checkdisk.

  Note: Click to select all of the options required to start the computer from the CD-ROM drive if you are prompted to do so.

  Chkdsk /r drive

  e. allow it to run intact until the completion (45 min or more)

  f. report any error

  My router is fine my other past of the laptop works perfectly and makes my Iphone. Please can you help as I am at my wits end.
