Reinstall the operating system and all of a sudden I realized that I had no idea what I was doing in what concerns installation correctly drivers. I don't know there is a recommended order in which drivers should be installed. I fthere is for this specific computer, what would it be?

Pentium Dual Core E5200 processor 2.5 Ghz, 6 GB RAM PC2 - 5300, AMD Radeon HD5450, 512 MB, DVD - RW drive

Not a lot of surprises. The add-on would only be the graphics card. Still I never thought so far, for some reason, that recommended install so that the drivers and the software of the system. I first installed the OS and the applicable service packs. After that, I want to know how to do properly. Thanks for any help I receive.
Best regards, wilmos
Hello:
The only drivers that you need to worry about installing it in a specific order are these...
1. install the Intel chipset installation and restart utility.
2. install the applicable graphics driver and restart.
3. install the audio driver and restarted.
4 install the ethernet driver (cable network).
Then you can install the other drivers in no particular order (if done reboot).

Order of Installation of drivers from R3 Alienware 17, Windows 10
I understand that this question has been asked repeatedly by many people, but I know questions and wishes to confirm again the installation order more later to identify if I have a related question of drivers.
Please provide me with the list of drivers in the order of installation based on the names of the drivers on the support page, as it will be easier for me to understand.
Thank you
I have a 17R3 and I used the installation order proposed by Dell support page, with no problems.
HOWEVER, I do not use the graphics drivers from Dell; I used the screen to uninstall the utility driver and installed the drivers directly from Nvidia and Intel and continue to update these sources that Dell was so far behind in the early release of Skylake and Windows 10.
And you go to update your graphics drivers regularly so probably anywhere in the order that update you.
(BTW what direct installation of Nvidia, I do not install all the other stuff (GeForce experience, servers, etc.) that I never use.) Even with the Dell stuff, I don't bother with anything irrational
I also removed the Dell network drivers and use the driver on-line Rivet, had no problem with the networking since that.
It is possible that all of the current drivers of Dell are now very well, but at the end of last year, they were pretty useless.

There is no special installation order.

It seems that the title of this section has been changed. I got some of the pilots before the site went down, my biggest problem is the good order of their installation.
I already have:
(1) chipset Utility
(2) sound
(3) webcam
(4) WLan
(5) Lan
(6) displayIf I really need something else which must be instaled between those mentioned above, a link to it would be welcome because the site is down and I really want to make it work.

Title changed to the best descriptionHello
Hmm I recommend starting the installation with some essential drivers graphic driver, touchpad drivers LAN/WLan driver and its pilot, etc.
Then you could try to install some Toshiba Utilities
Check it out!

Order of installation of Windows 7 drivers
Hello! I'm hungry install Windows 7 Ultimate on a HP of one of my friends laptop and I was curious to know if there is an order to install specific drivers. I have a Dell laptop and it's really annoying because I read that the drivers must be installed in a specific order.
The order of installation should start by installing the CPU chipset device driver, after installing the chipset CPU I would install the SATA drivers (is it y to install) followed by the USB driver and driver graphic, after that the remaining drivers can usually be installed in any order.
Some of the factory can specify a different order I listed above, this could and most likely based on the design of the motherboard, if its an Intel or AMD processor and which in the feature on a separate chip (is not part of the CPU chipset), for example Audio is usually a separate chip on the motherboard.

Qosmio F60 Win 7 clean installation and drivers
Hello
I would like to clean install win 7 64 bit on my F60. I've worked on how to change my boot sequence, [with the help of this forum], so I'm ready to format & reinstall. However my concerns relate to reinstall specific drivers for the F60... Any advice on this process would be appreciated. Is it a matter of just download from [http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support/notebooks/qosmio/f60/pqf65a-00y002/download?os=25] & installation that I need. If this can be difficult?
Any thoughts & guidance appreciated
Lantana cordiallyHere also to update bios... is there a process step by step for that too?
Hello
If your Qosmio F60 is an Australian model, you can download all the drivers and tools of the Australian page. So that s in the right place for this.
Otherwise, follow the installation order posted by Akuma. Also check the content of the forum, you will find enough discussions about the order of installation. Personnel chipset driver must be installed in the first place.
Don t forget the LAN/WLAN and Bluetooth driverBefore you begin to install another OS, make sure that you have created the successfully recovery disk.

Tecra A10 - order of Installation of XP, other updates to Windows and JRE
Hello
Sorry to post a new thread, but the old "[Tecra A10 - installation for XP order |]" http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=45611] "being closed and my question is about the same subject."
I got hold of a Tecra A10 PTSB0A-002001 so I would install XP SP3 top the order of installing additional drivers from Toshiba is very useful. Thanks Ivan25 for this information.
Toshiba has also include a Java Runtime Environment 2 package which I intend to replace it with a JSE 7. I would like to know in what order it should be installed?
In addition, after installing XP SP3 there are still hundreds of Windows updates to apply these updates to Windows must be installed directly after installation of XP SP3 or drivers Toshiba?
Thanks in advance for your help
See you soon
EricPost edited by: ebouge
Java Runtime Environment 2 package can be installed after the installation of all the current drivers and substantial tools Java Runtime Environment isn t, if it to install other drivers and tools and so it s not very important when the package would be installed.
You must install all updates of Win XP after installing Toshiba drivers and utilities.
During the installation of the update, the laptop must be restarted several times and the whole process could take a whileHowever, from my point of few, Win XP isn't the best choice now since Microsoft only provides no support for this system now

Hello
May I ask why you n t use disc recovery Toshiba which already contains all the drivers and tools?
In General, the order of installation is not so important. Just start with the chipset driver installation, then graphics card, LAN, etc.
Check some similar topics and you can find some useful information and advice. ;)

Bluetooth keyboard worked fine under vista. After a new reinstall of vista bluetooth keyboard connects and then pairs installs the drivers, then about 15-20 seconds disappears. No error wouldn't come again several times the same thing. Obviousily the fault lies within vista because everything that he has been fully functional until I reinstalled vista.
