  I use HP laptop P8600 processor core duo 2 with windows vista home 32-bit premimum of the operating system. the CPU usage remains at 100% most of the time. the check Task Manager, I found svchost (launch of Dcom) blocks more than 50% of the CPU usage. for this reason, my laptop is slow. How can I reduce the high CPU usage?

  I tired to clean my PC with anti-malware as described by THE C. I found two torjans which i deleted, but would not solve the problem.
  HP service center asked me to restore the PC to an earlier date. But then I found that the problem of the SVC host occurs mainly when I connect my mobile phone Nokia N73 via usb or bluetooth. So i uninstalled all the software and Nokia phone records, but also the problem of the high utilization of the processor did not resolve. then I reinstalled the same.
  I uninstalled the internet security of Kaspersky 2010 I recently installed before the problem for the first time on my PC, but it also could not solve the problem.
  So finally I restored the PC to an earlier date and with this now my CPU usage is with within the normal limits. Svchost (Dcom launch) is not at the top of the cpu usage list page.
  Finally solved my problem but I don't know yet what was the real cause of the problem.

  Method 1: Follow these steps:

  Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

  Step 2: If the problem does not persist in safe mode with networking, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the link step 7 to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  Allows you to ensure that your system is indeed clean, see below:

  Try to start your system in safe mode:

  Restart your computer if it is running. Press and hold the F8 key for 3 seconds after your computer powers initially on. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments. You should then be at the Welcome screen. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges. Now, you download (free) MalwareBytes from here: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol install, Update then do a scan of your system in safe mode, to ensure that it is indeed clean!   After you identify which application is causing the problem, then you may need to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the application.
