Deleting users on MacBook Pro

I had an account that I wanted is no longer on my MacBook Pro, so I deleted but accidentally registered as a disk image. I ejected the disk image by dragging it to the trash. I tried to get rid of him completely, and now I don't know where he is. Anyone know where it is or if it is definitively gone?

Thank you

By default, when you delete a user account and choose to save his home folder as a disk image, this image is saved in the deleted users folder users folder. Note: You need administrator privileges to delete this image.

  • Remove the user on MacBook Pro OSX10.11.6

I chose to delete a user on my Macbook Pro that is running OSX10.11.6 El Capitan, and he is now 72 hours later and there is no sign whether he actually remove... There is no status bar. The user name is italic and he says "deleting account...". "under the user name, but this has been the same for 72 hours. • 10.11.4 OS update printer drivers deleted on my MacBook Pro

After the execution of the last update on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, late 2011, 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB of RAM), I can no longer print or scan documents. All my printers are missing from system preferences. I downloaded and reinstall the drivers Support from Apple. No luck... still no luck.

    Help!

What is to happen, it's only when add you the printer in system preferences. Ether, you should get the drivers to use or if necessary a pop arrives, asking you to download it. Are you able to add printers?  https://support.Apple.com/kb/PH21719?locale=EN_US & viewlocale = en_US since I do not know which printers you are trying to use it's as far as I can tell.

On a Mac under v10.7.5 Lion, you need to use OS X Recovery to restore the OS X.

The Adobe software may be associated with another identifier Apple (school computer) then you will probably have to download it from the Adobe Web site.

  • MacBook Pro OS 10.8.5 multi-user login loop.

Suddenly my Macbook Pro mid-2010 Mountain Lion 10.8.5 running would not allow any user to connect.  The system starts successfully at the connection of the login screen.  I have 2 users on the window, a user with the administrator and standard user rights.  When I enter the password for each user with that it seems to work the colorful spinning ball and then the grey train like thing. Then it goes to a white/gray screen and then returns to the screen connection again.  I researched and found a lot of Info for a similar problem (the problem only affected only one user on Mac), but nothing for 10.8.5.  I started using the safe, but the problem remains the same.  I ran disk utility on recovery without any problem drive.  Started in single-user and run fsck - fy until he says ok.  Removed caches in / library and/System/Library, but nothing has worked.   Any other suggestions?

Restart your computer, hold down the option/alt - P - R keys command before the gray screen appears. Continue until you hear the startup chime for the second time.

  • ICloud emails disappear at the time of my Macbook Pro when I delete a message from iCloud of one of them?

I'm an old Geezer Mac, but a Newbie iCloud. I just put on my two Macbook Pro iCloud email addresses and access e-mail through Apple Mail on both computers. Here are my two questions:

    (1) iCloud emails disappear at the time of my Macbook Pro when I delete a message from iCloud of one of them?

    (2) if I move an e-mail message to iCloud Inbox Mail at Mail Archive on a Macbook, can I delete the message from the second Macbook without losing the archived message?

Yes, that is what is supposed to happen with an IMAP e-mail account.

If you move it to a folder on the Mac, not in the iCloud account, you can remove safely icloud.

MacBook Pro 13 '' end 2015.  256 GB SSD drive. El Capitan last version 10.11.4. I turned on the Macbook Pro and it could not start.  The progress bar with the Apple Logo would be present but would end not showing the symbol «»  I tried to boot mode safe - no go.  I have not reset PRAM help.  I was able to access disk utility and run successfully the first aid. No help. I was unable to restore two separate backup.  The utility show me backups however when I would go to the next screen and no backup is available.  Disk utility displays the SSD.  Can I erase the disc and download OS X install?  Thank you.

At this point, there is no need to delete. A new copy of Mac OS X can be installed directly over the old copy. This process replaces the components of Mac OS X on a file by file basis and adds missing ones, there will be no major throwing away what anyone, unless there is a power failure.

You have already run disk first aid.

Now use mode of recovery (command + R to start) to "Re-install Mac OS X. It should install the latest revision of the main version that you ran last.
