  I answered many of these questions on my previous post, but developers are part of the printing process and are attached to the carousel. Each color is individual, so a color can still be ok when others are affected. I always have in my recommendation to replace the unit based on the age and complexity of the repair required.

  So I don't see this printer is NOT SUPPORTED on the list for Windows 8. Is there an alternative to maybe install the driver in compatibility mode. I've seen it suggested for other printers, however the Dell 5100cn is not an EXE installation.

  If I can't use this printer, I do have a weight of 65 books office paper.

  Had the same problem, each office application has crashed during the selection of 5100cn and other applications has worked well.

  I have installed the 5130cdn PCL6 driver in Windows 8, works like a charm with office.

  Vista sp 2 apparently automatically updated and after that, the dell 1720 laser printer will spit on a white sheet, then the desired on a second document sheet.  I spent 3 hours on the phone with support technique dell with no resolution.  They feel that it is perhaps because of the addition of the 2 service pack. Always, it prints a few odd at the top of the first sheet numbers, if anything, then prints the document requested on the second sheet. It does this by using any application (Notepad, wordpad or other software).  Someone at - it ideas?  I'm certainly not the only one having this problem?

  My Dell 3300 wireless printer adapter is confused and I don't know how to reconnect with her.   .. . Select the PS driver (not PCL) and extend the compatibility. You will see XP listed so this driver should be OK (or at least worth a try).

  XP is not printer PCL driver (but that does not mean that it is not XP compatible!)

  Well, after letting it sit unused printer for several months, yesterday I just plugged into the USB port, and Windows 7 instantly recognized the Dell Laser 1500 printer and installed the drivers.

  It seems to work very well without any problems! However I do nothing advanced as use it as a network printer. But in my case it worked fine with Vista and seems to work correctly with Windows 7.

  I just bought a Brother L2305W AirPrint laser printer.  It is connected to my router Netgear N600.  My Dell, my IPad Air and my Android phone, visit the network, the printer.  Print everything to it without any problems.   My Acer C710 Chromebook does not see the Brother printer.

  I finally solved the problem.  I had to save the printer from a Microsoft Windows computer.  Google browser where you normally register a Cloud Print printer (manage settings, advanced settings, Google Cloud Print,), still has not seen the printer even if 10 of Microsoft Windows and IE Explorer saw the Brother printer as the default printer. First I made sure that I was connected to my Google account.  Still does not see the printer on Google Chrome.  Then I went to https://www.google.com/cloudprint/learn/printers.html# clicked on the tab "Try it Now".  Voila!  First time something named "Chrome" given the printer.  I chose the printer and the printer wireless now working on all of my devices.

Printer has been powered up and ready. Bar showed progress update was sent to the printer and concluded successfully, with a smiling face in the dialog box. However, printer doesn't react at all, just keep to indicate loan. When the Self Test / Configuration page, it always shows firmware like 20111214.

  Found the answer on the support page for businesses. Buried in the Menu of configuration, to the terms of Service, the last menu item is RFU. This determines if the firmware can be updated. The default value is OFF and LOCKED. It must be put on updating the firmware. After update, it will automatically return to CLOSED and LOCKED.

  It would have been nice if HP put it in the manual, rather than trying to pay $35 for the support of something that should have been documented. Must be a secret or maybe I'm the only person who didn't know what that meant the RFU.

  My Samsung Laser printer is less than a year.  I rarely use it.  The red light by the symbol of the triangle (cartridge toner according to manual) came and I was no longer able to print.  I have replaced the toner with a new one cartridge, printer and USB for PC connection and turn it back on about two or three times.  No change.  I even opened a 2nd (new) toner cartridge and replaced thinking one of my 2 new ink cartridges could be a dud.  However, still no printing and the red light stays on.  Any suggestions?

  Although Christopher has correctly described a way to start the Printer Spooler service, chances are that he won't stop even once until you remove the problem that caused its judgment in the first place.

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers
