• Media Encoder does not from Premiere Pro

  I'm having issues export from Premiere Pro - I've had enough of queue through Media Encoder so I can move on to the next edition, but when I select the queue and Media Encoder opens, it does nothing - just sitting there with "not currently Encoding" rather than import the data to export.

  Finally got fed up and rang Adobe (if all else fails...)

  Member of the open video Support team my library folder (Go\Go to folder...\~/Library/) and then went into \Preferences\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\ and changed the folder called 6.0 to 6.0old (i.e. rename it to something else), then click queue in Premiere Pro and the project successfully opened in Media Encoder and was able to start coding.

  I hope this helps someone else suffers from the same issue!

  I use a lot the UM226 plugin to mix stereo music to 5.1.

  Seems that it is, however, no longer works in its new version.

  Usually, I create an Adaptive track, put the plugin in the effect of the track, then I could see that the music becomes 5.1.

  Now, when I open the plugin interface I always see all tracks have sound, but in the first Audio Track Mixer, I get only the original stereo.

  I don't know the problem.

  Seems that it is that something has changed in 2015.3 and 2015.4, so there is problem in surround plugin.

  Premiere Pro CC 2015 does not recognize my 4 AJA Kona card.  Here are the specs:

  Computer:

  Mac Pro 2013 (trash)

  OS: 10.10.5

  Map:

  AJA Kona 3 G + 4 e/s

  Installed in mercure Helios via Thunderbolt

  I can capture in the AJA control room, the computer recognizes the card and my Mac Pro towers plays very well with the first CC 2015 + combo 4 Kona.

  What I did to solve problems:

  -Replace the mercure Helios with mercure Helios 2

  -Replace cable Thunderbolt

  -Ports exchanged

  -J' tried CC 2014

  -Restarted

  -Standing on one foot...

  Any help would be appreciated!

  What has ended up having to happen was 12.3 UN-installing, installation of 10.6.1, can upgrade to 12.3.  Just solved!  Thank you

  Please go to the Task Manager on your windows 7 prcesses tab (CTRL + SHIFT KEY + ESC), check the box that says "show all processes of users." Once close all Adobe found in the process tab processes.

  After that, please go to the documents folder and rename files like Old_Adobe Adobe

  Then click on the Start button and in search programs and files box, type %AppData%, this will take you to the roaming folder. In this, rename the Adobe folder as old_Adobe.

  Restart your machine. Launch of Premiere Pro > sign in then check the behavior.

  I was unable to install HYPV.

  I called Microsoft Support and after some time, the engineer was able to fix it for me.

  Today, I tried to do a restore on Windows 8 Pro and it says that it failed.

  Dialog box said, seeking resolutions.

  I went to the HYPV facility, and it was not an option.

  I looked on the Control Panel, system, and it says: Windows 8, Windows not Pro.

  They have accessed remotely in my machine, ran some application, then said, "Oh, he concluded that all these junk files, registry settings, basic stuff these programs always show and that was probably the cause of the problem."

  For them, I mentioned I had a SR on this back when, these parameters do not result in this question and Microsoft engineer has been able to fix, and there was no response.

  As people at Microsoft have been able to fix it for me, I would like to know what they did, so I can apply the same fix.

  Remote MS - guy in my machine and was able to run something that fixed it.

  Apparently it's a bug in the Windows Installer process 8.

  I'm afraid that this could happen again, and I want to be ready for it.

  Any help would be appreciated, even someone who can find this original SR, a KB or something

As you mentioned that the problem has been resolved with Omnitech support, you must have had a session of cat or a call with the support of Omnitech session.   3 I just updated Premiere Pro cc 2015 via Creative Cloud on Dec 2015

  Then, when I tried to open it, I had this error message:

  Reset did not help.

  I am running Windows 7. The Premiere Pro cc2015 worked fine on this machine, so I doubt that the problem due to the plug to my computer.

  The "load the color chart" command in the Panel color chart does not in InDesign 2014 and 2015. Cannot click the Pantone or any other collection, they are all faded.  I have already trashed the Preferences folder and restarted ID and Mac. It started only once I have updated to the latest version of CC, but now it affects 2014 and 2015.  Don't know what to do, I don't like reinstalling one or the other.  Tried to go back to the CS6.  All solutions anyone?  Thank you!

  They tend to cards list itself more, as they did... so they list the requirements for cards that work with the programs. Who are a minimum of 1 GB of vRAM and a few other things. As the production of internal software of the card, which is like a '3.0' or whatever and all 900-series cards are way beyond that... so with a 4 GB of vRAM card, the other issue is the number of cores CUDA has?

  Current recommendations are to stay above 1 000 CUDA cores... .and most 970, I've seen are listed with hearts CUDA along 1600... so it should be good. I myself use a 970 GTX w4GB vRAM. Now... a good GPU does not in itself and make an editing machine who shouts, as only certain things go by the GPU in PrPro in any case. A bad can certainly slow things, however.
