DeskJet 3050 has J611 printer, windows 7 64, sony vaio F series with router netgear seem incompatible

I was able to connect successfully the printer to my computer sony vaio notebook, as much as I first disconnect internet router, after that the installation I can connect internet once again, then it works for a few hours. However, when I turn off and restart the computer, the computer does not find the printer. Meanwhile, the printer is connected and has the correct network and are accessible from my Ipad or eprint, but not of my sony vaio. I tried all the solutions proposed in the various forums without success. Can anyone help? I also checked that my computer is on the same network. The printer appears "shadow" under devices and printers. Thanks in advance.

What router are you using?

We will set an IP address of the printer:

-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). You can find the beach DHCP from the router using its internal settings page or in its manual. Use the CD that came with your router or type the IP address of the router (ends para.1) in a browser.
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the gateway.

-Enter for the first DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for the second.
-Click 'apply '.

Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

  • DeskJet 3050 has J611: printer interrupts the headers and footers

    Hello

When I print my documents, the printer cuts the headers and footers. I use Microsoft Word 2013 and have checked to make sure that the margins are narrow as Tess in Word, but the printer cuts my headers and footers. An error message appears that reads the document is out of print areas. This is a mistake with my printer, and if so, what is the solution? Thank you very much.

    @jun_per

The specifications have not any information on restrictions "margins".  In general, the high margins and the size may be restricted a.11 inches, while (for some printers / paper) the background may etre.5 inches.

IF the printer like / limit top / bottom margin a.5 inches, so that the word 'Narrow' margin setting may be in conflict with the ability of the printer to print the document.

Maybe you can change the margins of the document 'Normal' or something similar.

You can also adjust the settings individually.

Word Document > file > Print > click on layout > layout tab

Check to see where your headers and footers are defined compared to the whole "Narrow margin" setting.

You can adjust the header and footers downwards / upwards away from the title of the document / paper edge.

    Example:

Word Document > Insert > footer (drop down menu) >

(look at the bottom of the parameters available footer) Change the footer > adjust as you wish

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that you have some problems with the connection of your Deskjet 3050 has e-all-in-one printer to your computer Mac OSX 10.11. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

    1. Turn the printer off:
    2. While the printer is turned off, disconnect the power cable from the back of the router for a minute.
    3. When the lights come back on the router, turn on the printer.
    4. Disable any antivirus, firewall or security of your Mac software.
    5. Try to run the installer.

  • HP Deskjet 3050 has J611 series watch in trouble with wireless printing

    Hey there,

I have just a series of combat a HP Deskjet 3050 printer a J611 and wireless printing to work perfectly. However, for the last week or so is no more.

The printer is connected to the network, as the result of the wireless network test is proven and it is the same network that the laptop is connected to. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The wireless light is on and I can see the signal strength and the IP address. However, it still works.

I also I sent an email to the printer to see if it worked. Initially, I received an automated email saying my printer is not connected to the internet and then printing will be delayed. I didn't touch the printer after that, but about 6 hours later it started to print.
I also tried to connect the printer with a USB key and configure settings wireless via USB does not work either. The computer cannot find a printer connected to the network. There is no firewall blocking the application or the printer.

    My settings:

    Router broadband wireless ADSL2 + -.
    Huawei EchoLife HG521
    TalkTalk
    Laptop - Medion Akoya E7214
    32-bit operating system
    Windows 7 Home Premium

Help with this would be much appreciated! Thank you!

  • DeskJet 3050 has: Scan Options window

    Hello

I have the DeskJet 3050 a printer and when I scan something it automatically scans in JPEG format. As I want to change my scans, I downloaded and installed the OCR software (I followed the instructions posted on the support forum HP, installation of the software for the HP Pro 8500 printer A910n JO). After you install this software, however, I can't find a scan window that allows me to choose the format for the scan options I'm about to do -: in other words, I don't have a window which now allows me to choose the RTF rather than JPEG. Do you know where I can find it?

(the instructions given on the Support forum for this step are: 4) now open the HP Deskjet 3050 scan window. Select "Scan" everyday and in the dropdown for "Type", select "Rich TEXT" or «indexable PDF»

(My problem is that I can't find the window of scanning HP DeskJet 3050 - and constantly scans automatically to JPEG format)

    Thank you

First of all, you must have the drivers and software HP Deskjet full functionality installed.  The scanning software provided with the HP Deskjet 3050 does NOT include OCR capabilities.  However, the HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 a A910n printer come with OCR capabilities.  Thus, the installation of the software and driver for the OfficeJet included installing the OCR package that can be used by the HP Deskjet 3050 HP scanning software and the product HP OfficeJet.

The HP scanning software are accessible in several ways:

    • #1 method - the Windows 7 Desktop: start-> all programs-> HP-> HP Deskjet 3050...-> HP Scan
    • #2 method - the Windows 7 Desktop: start-> all programs-> HP-> HP Deskjet 3050...-> HP Deskjet 3050...
    • Method #3 - Windws 7 Office: find HP Deskjet 3050 desktop icon; If it is present, run (double-click on).

Method #2 and #3 will launch the Desktop Client software. Under the analysis section, choose 'Analyze a photo document' to launch the HP scanning software.

    • Method #4: Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \HP\HP Deskjet 3050\bin; Run Scan.exe HP (double click).  (Note: the C: drive is the default installation drive, change accordingly if you have installed the software on a drive by default.)

In the HP scanning software, you should see a number of shortcuts named Scan on the left panel of the dialog box.  Select the Scan shortcut named 'Scan' every day and change type of file to RTF settings in the right pane of the dialog box.  You can also create your own Scan shortcuts and configure the settings for scanning for this Scan shortcut to your liking, including the file type.

Click on 'accept as Solution' if it has solved your problem, while others may find it.

  • Synchronization problems Blackberry Bold 9700 with Bluetooth of Windows 7 drivers Sony Vaio SZ series

I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 with a clean reinstall on my laptop Sony VAIO VGN-SZ470N. Full specifications can be seen here: http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&kw=vgn-sz470n/c&lp=8198552921665095013&productId=8198552921665095013#footNotes

My goal: to sync my new Blackberry Bold 9700 wireless via bluetooth using the built-in radio. Many people have had problems with this and the forums are littered with solutions that have worked for others, but I'm having no luck.

So-called: Device Manager software Blackberry won't recognize devices that are managed by Windows Native Bluetooth stack.

    What I did:

Windows will automatically detect my bluetooth radio and installs the "Bluetooth USB Controller (ALPS/UGPZ6)" (hardware ID: USB\VID_044E & PID_300D & REV_1915, USB\VID_044E & PID_300D) driver. With this driver, I can go to the "add a device" with my phone in discovery mode, and the computer will not conclude it.

If I go in ' control panel-> add devices ", the Add Device Wizard window will tell me it's looking two detectable Bluetooth devices found in the range. I went into control panel of-> see devices-> UGX (which resembles a bluetooth adapter bit) and there was no "bluetooth settings option when I would right click."

After reading on the Blackberry forums that the BB only synchronizes with the Bluetooth of Windows stack, I updated my driver ALPS/UGPZ6 to "generic bluetooth adapter. The selection of this driver also installs driver for "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator. It also adds the bluetooth icon in the lower bar of good start near the time and date. I can now go to 'Add a device' and it will show my BB 9700. When I connect, matching Assistant is displayed on my phone and in windows. I enter a code on my blackberry and enter a code in the wizard windows. Both devices and then tell me that pairing has been successful. However, the two machines are.

Once the BB is paired, tent windows install the drivers of the two newly discovered devices, then gives me an error and States that the drivers cannot be installed. It is said that it is impossible to install two drives, both devices are listed in the device as "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" Manager (Hardware ID BTHENUM\ {426c6163-6b42-6572-7279-44736b746f70} _LOCALMFG & 000D).

In "devices and printers > Bluetooth' BB 9700 is now listed with a status of 'troubleshooting needs'." Although the devices are paired, the BB will ever show a status of connected, rather it will continue to just try to connect every two minutes or more. I can connect to my friends MacBook, but I have no idea how to test the fact that the connection works. I also noticed that in the screen 'Add features' phone bluetooth of my roommate. So, I looked for ways to resolve the missing drivers.

I found three solutions supposed for the driver installation error which has not WORKED for me.

    (1) the first is to right click on the two strangers 'Bluetooth' devices in Device Manager and updated the driver in both cases to "RIM Virtual Serial V2". When you try to implement this solution, the status "needs Troubleshooting" will disappear, but blackberry Device Manager will not find the BB 9700 to add for bluetooth sync. Nothing else seems to change. Complete instructions for this solution have been listed here: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Pearl-BlackBerry-8100/Need-Bluetooth-Peripheral-Device-driver-to-connect-to-8120/m-p/263541

The other way, I tried to fix the driver error problem was to remove all the listed drivers and reinstall the generic Bluetooth USB controller and the enumerator. Then I went and downloaded the Windows Mobile Device Center Driver Upgrade. For the two unknown devices labeled "Bluetooth Peripheral Device", I chose the Bluetooth radio driver > Microsoft Corporation > peripheral support Windows Mobile.  Once again, the status in devices and printers troubleshooting message > Bluetooth devices disappear, but still the Blackberry device manager can't find the phone. I found the original steps for this here: http://www.computers.nepalesemap.com/index.php?topic=3.0

    (3) supposed to be the reason why the blackberry will not sync with the ALPS driver installation is because the windows bluetooth stack does recognize it not as compatible. So I uninstall the Bluetooth devices and blackberry. I restarted and the computer reinstalls the driver ALPS.

I found a solution which says to edit the c:\windows\inf\bth.inf file and add the hardware ID that is listed in the device under the ALPS HardwareID driver manager. I have add the ID of the hardware to the list of devices, but the bluetooth enumerator installs ever, and I can't access the Bluetooth settings.

Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help!

    Hi Cptnnemo,

How do you close the computer, you have your Blackberry?  As with any Bluetooth, the device must be 3-4 FEET away from being discovered.  Please follow the instructions on the MSFT made, then try to keep your 3-4 feet away and try the discovery mode.

  • HP Deskjet 3050 has J611 CN1684C location on ipad for the readmission of the wireless printer code

    do not understand the request

    Hello armeson,

You must go to www.eprintcenter.com and set up a user account. Once you have an ePrintCenter account you can add your printer to the account with the code for the printer that you were on the list in the subject line... After you have entered the code, you will be prompted to name your printer and this name will be part of the e-mail address of your printer.

BTW, I got the code printer removed from the subject line of this thread to protect your privacy.

Hello DOC7777, I think that the default format for your printer is in jpg format. You can download and install the latest version of the software for your printer, if you have not already.

There may be an option to save the scanned in a different format. Most of the scanned jpg images can be inserted into a Word document.

    Hello

I'm not not clear with your exact printer model, it is the printer Deskjet 3050 a (J611) or model 3050 (J610) ?

For the Deskjet 3050 J610- a complete software not available at this time.

As there is no comprehensive software available for Mountain Lion, you will need to set up a temporary ad hoc connection and then use the EWS printer to connect the printer to your router.

    • Press the button on the control panel wireless to display the options menu on the screen of the printer wireless.
    • Select on the screen of the printer's wireless settings, then Netowrk default settings.
    • Under the same wireless and select Radio wireless and make sure to put it on.
    • From your Mac, click the WiFi icon and then click on join another network.
    • Click view networks, select the printer SSID, it will include 3050 or J610 in its name, then click on join.
    • Allow 2-3 minutes to establish the connection.
    • Open Safari and click on the favorite icon ().
    • Hello-click and then click on the name of the printer, the EWS page appears.
    • Enter the network tab.
    • Less wireless (802.11) click Wireless Setup Wizard and then click Start the wizard and follow the steps on the screen to configure the wireless connection.
Note: If you must provide the type of security for your wireless network, you can click the WiFi icon, click Network Preferences and select the Wi - Fi network. Click Advanced, and you will find the type of security for your network in the Wi - Fi tab.
    • Once the wizard of wireless via the integrated Web server configuration is complete, click the Wi - Fi of your Mac and you connect to your router again.

Finally, go to System Preferences > print & Scan and add the printer. confirm all calls to get the drivers from Apple servers

For the Deskjet 3050 has (J611), be sure to connect the printer with a USB port and follow the installation below:
