DeskJet 4645: New printer connected but do not print (without wireless or USB)

Hi, I recently bought an HP deskjet printer advanced 4645... I had an old Officejet... So, I just installed with the new printer, everything connected and implemented. It is on the wireless network and communicates properly with the Internet. It fits on my computer and watch when it is offline or online and I can view on computer ink levels, so he communicates with her (same model scanning worked...). The ePrint (by e-mail) works and AirPrinting of an iPad in the works...

BUT it won't print from the computer... Not at all... I reinstalled the program several times (app HP doctor suggested this), I swapped the printer where I bought it thinking it was a dud, I tried to connect via the USB cable... Nothing... Help, please

Hi, I installed the driver full and tried everything... I ended up buying an officejet thinking that it was the deskjet sends me problems...

BUT it still does not... I then found a place where you uninstall drivers conpletely (not in the Panel @ devices...)

It is in devices and printers (Panel)
Select a printer and then on the top of the page, click the tab saying "Server Properties".
Then select the driver you want to uninstall
Click on delete
And TADA

    Printer connects / impressions via USB but not via a direct Ethernet connection or through router.  Connection to printer Ethernet is not but installation disc is located by HP print and Scan by IP addfress doctor. Doctor says software not installed then DLs and installs the software - but still does not print.  Uninstalled and did the all over again: ditto. If again, doctor without uninstalling it (still) says not installed software - although it said it was installed before I ran it again.

    Router/printer Ethernet connection is good (fire port on) and the IP displayed on the printer screen, so I guess that the connection of the cable Ethernet/is OK. Network/print sharing enabled residential group. Utility of Windows/HP ID troubleshooting any problems.

    Something else I could try.

    I saw your other threads, and I understand that you have completed all the procedures listed here troubleshooting: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages without success.

    I would like you to follow the steps below:

    1. reset of the printer, please make sure that you plug the printer directly into the wall, do not use a surge protector or power bar, they can cause the printer is in an error state and lose features of base over time.

    2 a 'cartridge problem', "Ink cartridge failed" or not "compatible ink cartridges" Error Message appears on the all-in-one, I know you did the cleaning steps, but, if you please, reinstall the cartridges and perform all THE steps listed

    3. now go ahead and run HP print and Scan Doctor- it has been designed to provide users with HP and features troubleshooting fix needed to solve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan the products related to Windows computers.

    I understand that you are not able to print diagnostics from the menu on the front panel as well, but want to see if the PSDR detects all conflicts in the software or drivers.

The implementation went very well and it gave quality printing results in a few minutes until I tried to add ePrint for her.  The printer is connected to my computer via a wireless router for the wireless works. On the Web Services allow that I am advised to refer to the computer for progress, but the computer requests a Code that must come from the printer.  How can I move this forward.  I know that the printer must perform an analysis to update online as the first part of the process and it begins to connect but never gets anywhere.  Ideas welcomed...

    Oops. Sort it myself.  Suddenly realized the SSID of the router address was the original generic setting.  Changed to a single address and the printer took life... I think this would be clearly a lot... but for now, I'll give me 5 stars

Document seems to be sent to the printer, flow of paper into the printer and all indications is that it is printing, but paper comes out clean. Printer was given to me by the person who gave up stating that it does not work so I do not know how old cartridges but they are genuine hp.     I was happy to hear of your initial success, but I wish it had not been short-lived.  You have done all the troubleshooting steps in the document I linked with the reset and a further cleaning.  The only other thing I can think of would be to try different cartridges.

    Do you have any software security 3rd party running on this computer?  Or maybe something in group policy that limits access to create a new network connection?

  • iPhone 6s and carplay connected but does not work

    It has worked before and now does not. I deleted the system carplay phone and indicated above. The iPhone says bluetooth is connected to carplay and carplay indicates it is connected to the iPhone, but it does not work properly. I can't get or receive calls. I hear the phone ring on incoming calls by speakers in the system several times and when I touch the phone button my steering wheel to answer does not work, or it shows the phone number entering on the radio screen. When I try to make a call, the iPhone does not, I call say they have heard their phones ring but could not hear me speak, phones sounds dead on both ends. I have to disconnect carplay to make and receive calls.

    As side note my iPhone and carplay work with audio for listening to music, but who also has been removed from carplay so that I can put in place the phone carplay only system.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Nevermind, I figured it. I completely turned off the iPhone and he turned his back, and then just followed the car game voice instructions to synchronize.
